I hear they used to serve beer here. They lost their license but I recommend they should get it back to bring in the football and sports crowds. Anyway, this place is set up nicely for the sports fans, except for no beer. And I’m not sure about service. Not sure if they have wait staff for seating at tables.

I ordered my pizza through the app and was asked to tip three different times, once in the app, again when signing the receipt, and a third time on the store’s keypad. It felt really awkward having to decline a tip over and over.
When I arrived to pick up my order, the older man working there took his time coming to the counter, which I didn’t mind, but his attitude once he did wasn’t great. Before greeting me or confirming my order, he immediately pointed to the tip line on the receipt and asked me to fill it out. I actually had a $5 cash tip ready to give, but his demeanor completely changed my mind. After I put zero, he stared at the receipt like he was trying to make me feel bad.
It was unprofessional. Hopefully the store takes note and improves the customer experience.

We went during lunch, and they had plenty of seating. Tv’s to watch sports and lunch specials. Ordering your food is a little slow so be prepared to wait.

I went on a Friday night with my family and it was delicious the staff was incredible and so nice. There were only a few other people there and before we knew it we were alone. We played a few games that were actually affordable.

We ordered a personal pizza here and they monitor said it was ready, when I rang the bell to get the attention of one of the workers he said waiting on another item. We could see the pizza in the hot box and it was sitting there for 10 minutes! Finally the guy gives us the pizza, no apologies and when we complain about having to wait that long when it was sitting there ready he said they were understaffed. Take ownership bro and say you’re sorry for the mistake!
Also the prices are outdated on the signs. They still have the old printed signs. Update the prices already!

Ordered online through the app order and my go to Pizza Hut in West Covina is closed. So this was the closest one alongside with the other one in Nogales. I decided to choose this one since I haven’t been go this one. Ordered 3 large pies. App said it’ll be ready in 15 mins. Got here in 30 mins and even on the app it says my order is ready and on their tv inside. And yet my order isn’t ready yet. I’ve been waiting for 20 minutes now. So basically I’ve ordered my order 40 mins ago with the expectation it’ll be ready in 15 minutes but it isn’t available yet.
Kinda nice how this is an indoor seating place though. I should have ordered my take out somewhere else. Won’t be coming back here.
