This Pizza Hut definitely exceeded my expectations and they ensured we received our pizzas, even though we didn’t have the correct change needed to pay the delivery. We had a hundred dollar bill, and they only carry $20 in change, which means I would have needed to buy $80 in pizza, which I had no desire to do. Instead of letting me be angry and write a bad review, they went ahead and delivered our full order ($45) without expecting a single dollar in return. Luckily I had 1 $20 bill, which I gave the person whom delivered. I can’t explain how satisfied I am and will continue to order and recommend this spot to anyone in need of pizzas. Very happy, and on top of all this great customer service, the pizza was amazingly good, hit and with fresh toppings. All in all, 100% satisfied and a great experience seeing someone that cares enough about the reputation of their job/business/franchise.

I ordered today from the App, the delivery person who just recently came by was highly unprofessional towards the security guard in the front lobby. I did not get his name, but he was an older hispanic male in gray jeep I believe. Instructions are there to follow, its easy. Please talk to the delivery driver. Thank you 1/5.

Rude employee right off the bat. I asked the cashier if there were any “specials” and without even looking at me tells me specials are only online and that all in-store items are at full price. There is no visible menu in store. So I go online to order. After I place my order. I go up to the register to pay. A different employee helps me so I ask her if the deal i ordered online was available in-store. She said yes. Just then the 1st employee walks by and gets a sense I was talking about her. She tells me over 5 times the in-store price is full price. I have to tell her I wasn’t looking for a cheaper price just a special that included more than just the pizza. She said I didn’t ask for that. This girl didn’t give me a chance to ask questions before sending me away to order online. Georgette was very rude.

I ordered for carry out $8.99 medium with two toppings. My pizza was ready in 15 mins. My pizza is fresh and hot when I pick it up. The staff is friendly. Plenty of parking.

Who ever manages this location is doing an awful job. Why do you have only one person working on a Saturday night closing shift? I ordered through the DoorDash app for pick up more than an hour before closing. I got there to pick up the order more than 45 min later and it’s not ready not even started. The poor guy is so backed up doing everything on his own. 15 min before closing and he has a line of people waiting for their orders. The sad thing he probably only makes min wage and is busting his behind to do everything, while his bosses are peacefully sleeping at home. I feel bad for this person not even mad that my pizza is not ready. Look at the screen with all the orders and there were more pending that had not been started.

I redeemed an offer and placed an online order for a free medium 1-topping pizza. A couple minutes later, I received a call from this location informing me that they were “out of mediums” but could check other locations.
When I signed back into my account, I found that the offer was gone, so I called the Rewards hotline to explain the situation. They advised that they were unable to reissue the offer, but it was the store’s responsibility to prevent the order of an unavailable item, and should be able to take care of it.
Gina answered the phone at this location and was understanding of the mix-up. She issued $15 credit to my account, which could be used for any type of pizza. I was able to get a free large, stuffed crust, 3-topping pizza instead. Thanks, Gina!

Ordered a Pan pizza Meat Lovers from this location. Lots of toppings and plenty of flavor. But I found the pizza to be too greasy. As I lifted the pizza slice, my fingers were covered in oil. Wish there was less of that but it was still good.
