Lack of hygiene. I suppose it’s the in-house manager who comes and goes from the restaurant to his car. I think he’s possibly the owner of the pizzeria. He doesn’t seem to care about his appearance anymore, with a beard like the Vikings. This company has collapsed since they fired almost all the other employees. They need to be more attentive, polite, and respect the agreement stated in the app. We had to wait about 10 minutes but so that they would give me my ordeHow sad that this person focuses more on his car than the job that puts a plate of food on his table.

I ordered the medium-sized cheese pizza for the delivery.
It only took 15 minutes to get my order.
The pizza sauce was a little salty,but the crust was delicious.
They had a variety of selections of menu such as garlic bread, bread stick , chicken wings, and other foods.
The delivery person was friendly and attentive. I think that service was great and the food was good.
I wish that the pizza sauce was not salty, but it was good pizza.
I would like to recommend “Pizza Hut” to all the pizza lovers.

It’s Pizza Hut. It’s very strange but there’s one closer to us yet the delivery is from this further location. On occasion have had mild temperature pizza delivered but you’re kidding yourself if you want 100% hot pizza. Get a microwave.

I wanted to pickup order. 15 minutes to pick up. No problem. Even though I live in a different delivery zone, this location is minutes away. Nothing special to write home about. Thin crust, my toppings, mild buffalo wings, bread sticks. Enough for two with left overs.

restaurant was nice, however this one server whos name was cornelious, insisted he would be adressed by cmoney grah grah , offered to lick my pizza if i didnt order a large pepperoni pizza. i dont know why, but he also kept barking at me and other customers while we ate. love the restaurant

Usually the food is good but this time my food was over cooked. My pizza had visible burnt crust and the cookie desert was over bake (not chewy and tasted charred). I like my pizza crunchy but kids don’t like it. Also I couldn’t enjoy the cookie didn’t have the same taste since it was baked too long.

Improve Customer Service at your Carson and Main location. The 18 yr old Mgr. was rude and not knowledgeable. Completely negated my food allergy and tried to blame my order being incorrect on my allergy. Then she contacted someone who was over her who suggested I drive to the store and bring bk my order then wait for them to make it again. I requested they come get the order and refund me my money but they refused. I am never ordering from that restaurant again however it is closest to my home. So now I will have to only order take out should I choose pizza hut again. I also ordered. Buffalo wings of which had an entire bowl of sauce as if it was soup. It then spilled everywhere when it opened. She did not care to even offer any empathy. Horrible service!!!

No ice, no cheese, no silverware, and they won’t give you large to go boxes unless your order is to go. Staff no longer offer customer care.
