They forgot to put cheese on my pizza. I called hoping for them to send another one or get a refund. They accused me of lying asked me to drive to them and show them the pizza before they’d make a replacement. It’s delivery… and I have hungry kids. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE… see pictures.

Very poor delivery service. All 3 of the pizzas I ordered were apparently tossed around. No apology given when I brought it to their attention. I would supposedly get $10 if I were to order it again the following day. That’s not an apology and definitely not great customer service.

Best customer service ever!!! The staff was smiling when I got there, from the driver that was getting ready to take an order out for delivery, to the gentleman taking the orders to the employee making the pizzas. They were super sweet and very professional! The staff was attentive and even anticipated my need for plates and napkins and asked if I needed some so that I could focus on enjoying the pizza and not worry about the clean up after. Other pizza hut locations do not provide plates or napkins and it’s extremely frustrating especially if you are trying to eat on the road. This was a very nice feature they offered. Also, I was in and out of there in no time. It’s hard to get great customer service anywhere now a days. However, this staff, was amazing! The experience got even even better when we tasted the pizzas and it was fantastic! Please acknowledge these staff member in a special way; they are representing your brand and your location in an impeccable way!!! Thank you to them for making our visit and our day even better!

It’s pretty small and only has a small bench to wait, so order ahead and pick it up unless you want to stand to be squashed together in there with all of the delivery app drivers.

I hateeeee that you can’t contact the store directly anymore. I placed an order and wanted to call to see if something could be changed but it goes through customer service now. Sooooo annoying. Oh and it sucks bc they don’t deliver anymore it’s done through DoorDash and the drivers are always unprofessional. I would rather it get delivered through Uber Eats instead smh.
