I wanted curbside, but after my pickup time arrived and I was at the restaurant and had clicked “I’m here”, I waited in my car for eight minutes before finally going in to get the pizza myself. When I went inside, there were two employees I could see, neither of which greeted me. Finally, a girl came out to the front, playing or texting on her phone. She stood there for a moment before even noticing me, then finally acknowledged me, no apology or concern for my wait. I got my pizza and went back to work (late, thanks to the horrid customer service at this location), and when I took out a slice, it was so greasy that the absurdly thin crust was SEE-THROUGH. There was barely any sauce on it, which would explain the greasy crust, as I’m sure the cheese seeped through. It was disgusting, but not as much as the poor customer service I experienced. Nearly $20 of my hard-earned money, wasted. Avoid this location at all costs.

I enter the location and there’s no one there. A young female finally approaches the register and just stares blankly at me. I go ahead and say that I am there for a pickup and state the name the order is under. She just walks away and the entire time, not a single word was spoken from her part. She returns and slides the pizza box towards me. Still without saying a single word. So I just pick up the box and leave. There wasn’t a single ounce of proper customer service being demonstrated by this employee. Not only was the order I received incorrect but she failed to give me the drink that was in the same order. Only Pizza Hut location where I have received this form of terrible service.

We typically get our pizza from here and there are rarely any problems. But, I ordered from here today and someone else went to go pick up our order the first time. They ended up giving us and we ended up taking the wrong order, and I went back to get the correct pizza in to get the right order. I ask the person helping me for my order and when he did, I asked if the pizza was just made upon my arrival. He told me that it was, and so I trusted him. I checked it, took it home to eat, only to find that it DEFINITELY wasn’t made fresh. It must’ve been sitting there from the first time when they gave us the wrong order, which was about an hour prior. Toppings were awful as well. I also asked him about the green peppers on the pizza because they looked almost burnt, and he told me that they started using different green peppers, and that they were just thinner slices. I thought that it wouldn’t be that bad until I actually ate the pizza. I understand that the situation was in my control and I should’ve done something about it to prevent having a worse experience. This isn’t even about wanting my money back or wanting store credit, this is about not lying right to my face by saying that the pizza was made fresh when definitely didn’t taste like it.

I love Pizza Hut pizza even though it’s a little expensive, I go back a lot. I always get my pizza with pepperoni, jalapeno and pineapple it is a good combination and tastes great. All their other pizzas are delicious too, and their sides are great as well. the food is always fresh and hot, the service is friendly but a little slow and the atmosphere is good. Every time I go there, it is not crowded. The food is fresh and hot, the service is friendly and helpful, the atmosphere is good.

Started about a month ago when I ordered, and they got one of my pizzas wrong. I called, and they offered $15 credit to my phone number. Overall, I was okay with this.
Today, I decided to use that credit, but they tell me it’s only valid for 2 weeks. This was never told to me at all. And told that now I know for next time. Well that was no help. I reluctantly pay for my pizzas. Go home to find, once again, one of my pizzas was wrong, again! Called, and they offered to remake it or for credit. I chose to remake because I just want my pizza.
Overall a waste of time, nobody told me anything about these things and the same thing happened and now returning back just to pick up again. It was a really bad experience and I don’t think I’ll come back for quite a long time

Ordered a dinner box, at time of pick up cashier assured ranch was inside the box. Arrived home to find out no ranch at all. Called restaurant and cashier asked. Are you sure there was no ranch? Really.. why would I bother in taking my time in calling back.. be sure to double check your order before exiting restaurant..

Beware of service charges! I ordered online and they charged a service fee for that. Then when I got there I went in to buy a little container of crushed chili peppers and one container of parmesan cheese. THEY CHARGED ME ANOTHER SERVICE FEE! What service did you provide me? The cashier literally just reached up and got the containers off the shelf and you charge a service fee for that? Unbelievable! Shame on you pizza hut. You just lost a customer.

There was a customer yelling at the cashier about an order and the staff did nothing to help the situation. The issue was over a coupon. I didn’t feel comfortable with my kids and I hearing the yelling and cussing. The cashier was acting like it was casual conversation. She did a good job of keeping it together. I would have asked him to leave the store. Grown man having a tantrum.
Anyways. We like the stuffed crust pizza the best. The store would have gotten a better score if it wasn’t for that experience I mentioned above. Maybe do some more training on crisis prevention and how to handle angry customers. De-escalation training. It will help with customers and prevent workplace violence too.

I went to this pizza hut today paid for a large stuffed crust olive pizza and when we ate the pizza it was bad. My kids could not even eat a bite of it and threw up. I called them and complained and they said they can refund me or i can pick up a replacement pizza. I told them i don’t have a ride to come pick up the pizza since your staff gave us the bad pizza please deliver. After a long back and forth i tild then fine i will pay for the delivery fee please send me the new pizza. He told me sorry our olives are bad so can i replace your pizza with another toppibg. I told them just cheese is fine. After an hour and a half i got the pizza delivered and it was not even a stuffed crust and they charged me $10 for delivery extra what a rip offf .

I always highly recommend Pizza Hut due to the consistent high quality I have received over the years. I tend to prefer pizza hut over other competitors. In this instance, I redeemed some points I have earned to get a free pizza. That pizza was lousy. Because of all of the great service over the years, I chalk it up to maybe is was just a bad day. It also made me wonder if redeeming the free pizza has some kind of negative affect on the establishment financially, causing a less enthusiastic attitude while making this pizza – but this could be a complete coincidence. I will definitely give it another shot soon and hopefully things will be normal. Thank you!
