Horrible pizza no taste at all. Crust has no flavor. The customer service is no good. It feels so unwelcoming. Never again will I buy Pizza Hut again. It had been so many years since ladt purchased. Its a complete change. The crust is so plan no taste like cardboard.

Horrible horrible service. Please avoid at all cost order from their competitor instead any will be better than them. Order through the Pizza Hut website and was waiting for my order. my delivery driver arrived to pickup and waited for an hour before they notified him there was no order for me. I called and Daniel answered he said they canceled my order. However I was never notified even though he stated to have called me. Never received any calls and if the had canceled why would my driver have been there. Stated I wanted to speak to a supervisor or manager but he no one was there until tomorrow. Will be calling Jerry the manager tomorrow. Again he satated they called twice told him I can pull out my phone records and show no calls were made and my order was still shown on the website. I had a past experience similar to this few years ago gave it a try again but again reinforced the reasons in why not to order from here. Worst customer service. I will be contacting higher up as I have read it is common for them to give their customers horrible service.

My pizza was under cooked, and I got onion that I did not order. I had to put it in the oven for another few min before eating it. Friday night, they need more people working there. Poor guy running a 1 man show and among everything he probably had over 10 orders lined up. His co-worker was no help just walking around checking on things.

I love this location! The staff is always friendly. I use my online profile and have been for the last five years. The local deals and rewards program is so cool. My order is ready at its estimated time without fail. The manager Janet is so kind and always greats myself or my daughters with a smile. Great team here.

I purchased the pizza it was okay it wasn’t nothing to brag about but the employee and the manager that was on duty I think his name was Edgar was very nice very polite and took the time to explain things to me. The reason I gave you a three instead of a five it’s because I don’t think there should be a sales tax and then another tax on top of that to order pizza. My pizza was $13.99 and by the time I walked out it was way more. For me to walk in there should never be an extra fee outside of my taxes it’s like they’re making up for the money that they lost during the pandemic and it’s unfair to the customers. I will never walk into this Pizza Hut again for that reason.
