The food is always good. My only complaint is the price. I remember when it used to be affordable to get the Large Pizza. It’s good, don’t get me wrong. And if it pays employee salaries, then it’s fine. Just wishing the rest of the labor market pays well too. If it doesn’t pay employee salaries well, the company should close instead.

Pizza Hut used to be synonym for great pizza, now, is regrettable, no wonder Domino’s pizza is #1, I bought the Large (3 toppings) pizza, and it was at 7.99 total with tax 9.19, but seriously, eve little caesar’s pizza is better made, sad to see such a great company slowly dying because their employees do not know how to make a nice pizza.

ARE THE EMPLOYEES KEEPING OUR FOOD WE PAY FOR? I have yet to receive my full order from this place and the food is undercooked. They add an exorbitant amount in delivery fees.
Don’t order delivery from this place. It DOUBLES your total amount and they never send out everything you ordered.
You’re just paying extreme prices and getting ripped off.
Super curious what that delivery fee is for since they also don’t provide napkins, pepper flakes or Parm cheese packets without additional costs. But good luck actually receiving it either way.
Service was good bc it was doorDash and not PizzaHut. ♂️ Pizza Hut should give some of that delivery fee money to doorDash driver for having to deal with them.

Wait till corporate finds out how y’all cut the lines at 11:30 , steals ppl money and not deliver the food , y’all think we don’t have camera’s set up in front of our place , y’all ain’t sneaky I’m calling at 6am once they open and all evidence will be sent , place will get shut down , my neighbor also placed an order n no delivery. It was Friday 11/5/21 my family wanted pizza and mild wings for dinner. There were several of people in line already when I got there and there was a 25 minute wait and they did make the pizzas pan instead of hand tossed but an employee there named Johnny fixed my order and gave me a free 2 liter Pepsi and I was one happy customer. He also apologized for the enconvinience even though it wasn’t his fault. Great customer service and I will definitely be going back again.
