This Pizza Hut in Wendover, NV, is a true nostalgic treasure! The classic dine-in building is a wonderful throwback.
More importantly, the staff is exceptional. Our waitress was absolutely amazing—friendly, attentive, and clearly a pro. The entire team deserves praise for their outstanding service.

Did a online pickup order. I arrived before the alloted time and everything was already done and they gave plates, napkins and silverware without being asked too. I don’t love pizza in general but we got into town late and wanted to relax.

As far as the food goes. Ita always fresh and delicious. My only complaint is the customer service is hit and miss. About 3 times I’ve gone and been told the system had some issue and they’re barely making my online app order. Either they need to get a new system or its a regularly used excuse to cover up slacking. Even though it should’ve been done by then. I’ve had to pull over and wait 15 minutes for pizza that should’ve already been done. I’ve had my pizza made wrong a couple of times. They never offer plates or napkins, but still expect a tip. They passive aggressively pass you the receipt for a signature. Mind you a signature actually isn’t needed. That’s the “here tip me” without saying it out loud move. I always tip, but that kind of thing slowly makes me not want to.

At least the Pepsi was good! Okay I grew up in the 80s and the memes you’ve seen are true. There were VHS rental nights that usually involved an amazing Pizza Hut Pizza. Every once and a while that iconic building shape triggers my memory and we stop in to try it again. No, we still aren’t where we once were. The pizza just isn’t good any more. It’s just another cheap greasy pizza now. As for the staff at this location, they did everything right. This is just a fundamental problem with the ingredients themselves I think. Maybe we’ll try again at this or another location in a few more years.

We ordered pizza from our hotel room in wendover and Greg brought the pizza up. I asked him if he had plates. He said he would run and grab some real quick. He literally ran all the way back to the store to grab some which was way more than we expected. He went what I would say was way above and beyond. Great job. Greg

Asked for a small thin crust veggie lover pizza. I got a personal pan pizza with raw dough. Not edible I called them back and they said they don’t have small pizza. I told them to make a medium and I would pay the difference. The girl on the phone said her boss said no I have to pay full price. I explained I can’t eat pizza with raw dough and they didn’t care. Worst customer service ever

As a local, I only really go here for the wings. But my experience today cements my opinion on this spot and I’d like to share it now. Today I had a short amount of time to pick up an order and the dude at the window was more concerned about his active conversation with the car in front of me. After about 10 minutes of waiting, my short time frame elapsed and I had to leave without my order. This wasn’t a terrible experience, but you could tell the worker just cared about talking to his friend. In general any worker you get at the window here gives you basically zero manners, and even the owner doesn’t carry the courtesy to say really anything whenever I see him at the window. I work in retail so I always default to saying thank you have a great day or whatever. But the owner here, literally will almost never say a word when I pick up my order even after I give thanks on my side. You will not be respected at this business, you’ll just receive some decent wings. I fully 100% recommend frattelis, where the staff and owner actually cares about customer service and will make you feel welcome. The only person here that will make you feel human is Kaden. He’s the only person keeping that business up.
