Maybe going in to the restaurant is a better experience but I placed an order at 12:30pm at 2:30pm I called the store wondering what was going on with my pizza as no delivery had been made they told me it would still be another 10-15 minutes but were unsure of when it would leave the restaurant at that point I decided I had enough and requested a refund since 2hrs seems absurd enough to wait for a delivery. The person let me know that they weren’t from the area and they would transfer my call. When the new line picked up they pretty much said hello and hung up without anything else so here I am leaving this review and not going to order from pizza hut again. Don’t order from elko pizza hut.

Very disappointed. I ordered 3 large pizzas and a dozen wings. The pizza was delivered (after an hour and a half) but not the wings. I spent over 45 minutes on hold. Was hung up on 3 separate times, when I finally got a hold of someone in the store they said the manager would contact me, nothing but crickets. Huge rip-off, no respect for their customers. I hope you consider any other pizza place in town.

Ordered a dinner box with 2 medium pizzas, cheese sticks, pasta, and pepsi. Waited an hour and a half no food called multiple times with no answer. Food arrived after almost 2 hours. Food was burnt but cold. Would be fine if I ordered gazpacho. Do not order from elko pizza hut

We spent $87 on 3 pizzas, cheesesticks, and soda. When we got the pizza home, all the toppings except the pepperoni smelled and tasted very bad….almost made me sick….took the 2 pizzas back to get a refund for only the 2 pizzas and the training manager gave us a full refund for the whole order which I wasn’t expecting. I was surprised about getting all my money back with no problem. Probably won’t eat there again though.

Well, seems like the “hiring!” Sign seems to be Not, if I would known to be forever to wait for the I9 to come through to me on email or such I should just instead waited for a ship to arrive at the airport. Have to wait till they send you the I9 to you by phone not by paper no more!!. Well if your not hiring then not advertised Hiring! I didn’t do all that to wait till my dying breath to do something about with my life. Trying to prolong a worker who can work. Having nothing to do in his life for it.
