Ordered online and was told it would be about 20 minutes until pick up. 17 minutes later, when we were almost there, we get a call that the frier was just cleaned and they are 20 minutes minutes behind on our order. Offered to give us “something else quick” as a replacement, but given we already had pizza and bread sticks in our order there was nothing else we needed. My question is if the frier was being cleaned why not call as soon as the order came through but rather wait almost until our order should have been ready? Canceled our order and was grumpy and disappointed to do so. Extremely poor communication from staff, will not return.

This was genuinely the worst pizza experience I’ve ever had. After waiting over an hour for our order, the DoorDash driver—hired by Pizza Hut to deliver—contacted us to say the order had been canceled. I called the phone number listed on their website and was routed to a call center, where I was told I’d be transferred to the local store. After being on hold for over 30 minutes with no answer, I finally drove to the location myself.
When I arrived, the assistant manager, Hunter S., informed me that their store doesn’t answer phone calls at all. She also told me our order had been canceled, but couldn’t explain why, especially since it had been canceled before they even began preparing it. At no point did the store make any effort to contact us about the cancellation or offer any solution.
Overall, the lack of communication, accountability, and basic customer service was astonishing. I will not be ordering from this location again.

I ordered delivery and proceeded to not receive the drinks I ordered (2x 2-Liter Sodas).
This is the second time now Doordash failed to deliver my drinks and proves how terrible it is. As I proceeded to call Pizza Hut to get a refund on these two items I was put on hold for 1 hour. I then drove to the store which turns out had no customers inside and no orders currently being processed and had to manually get the staff to give me a refund on these items.
After waiting an hour on hold then driving to the store process a refund, drive home and write this review I am still on hold with pizza hut making this last for about an hour and a half being on hold and NOT being assisted with my issue. Terrible structure and terrible reliability. I use to love pizza hut but now knowing they out-source delivery and out-source their calls I will never eat from here again and will urge my friends to never order from this company again.

Ordered food for my family, it was scheduled to be there at 7:41 it was over an hour later, and the manager told me, “sorry we had some issues, do you want to cancel?” Im not trying to be a jerk, but i have kids that were waiting for dinner its 8:47 and we have nothing for them yet. I will go to Dominos from now on.

Edit: Why cant you call the store directly? You have to call their call center and get transferred, sat on hold for over 15 minutes and NOW ANSWER! Pizza Hut, do better! You ALWAYS forget part of our order! EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. WHY?!?! You are stealing our money because you can’t send the whole order!
Also, orders and delivered through Door Dash (but they have delivery drivers???) which then when theres an issue you have to contact the store! But you can’t because THEY DONT ANSWER THE PHONE!

DON’T BUY THEIR FOOD! COLD FOOD AND POOR QUALITY! I was in a bind and ordered delivery. 2 HOURS LATER I got my food! Pizza Hut will try and put blame on the “delivery” company- But in fact it is Pizza Hut itself and the incompetent people who own or run this store in Spanish Springs, NV that need to be Rated.’ Pizza Hut should look at this store and its employees and others to make sure their “standards” are met AND Fix it! I would give a 0 Star if I could. Buyer Beware!!!!!!!!

I placed my order online. When it arrived the center of the pizza was literally raw, uncooked dough. I had to cook it for 15 minutes to make it edible. This was the worst delivery pizza I’ve ever experienced. I do not recommend this Pizza Hut.
