Ordered on the app carry out. Got the New York peperoni pizza. Pizza was good. Ordered the $5 fries. I was mad and disappointed/dissatisfied with the fries. I would get more fries in any other fast food place for a médium fries. I was just like are you serious so yeah fries not worth it. 5 bucks for like 20 fries yeah NO.

I asked for a thin crust double pepperoni pizza cooked 50% longer than normal. It’s what my father used to make for us and bring home when he worked at Pizza Hut 20 years ago. I don’t have much to remember him by, but I have this, and this location didn’t screw it up. Thanks for helping me remember him today.

Cold pizza, forgot drink, wrong toppings, skimpy portions, can’t get ahold of store to rectify this. no one answers the phone!!!! Boooooooooo . .. i had to drive down to the store to get my soda. They’re out of parm so a very nice young lady gave me a $10 refund on a $47 bill and i’m still on hold !!
Update: After 35 minutes on hold, i explained briefly to the store manager, who just said ok, please hold. After a few minutes more, i was routed to a corporate rep who had already refunded me… to my pizza hut account , but whatever. It’s not like I won’t be having pizza hut again. And btw if you got cold pizza, it’s pretty easy to get it free, so i added for that.

Ordered a couple of large pizzas online. Arrived at pick up window. Was not at all what we ordered. The lady at the window not only turned from nice to it’s not our problem it’s yours and clearly has no concept of CX nor how important the customers experience is she literally yanked the pizzas out of my hand yelling at me to take it up with corporate slamming the window at me in the process when I told her the treatment she showed me was unprofessional & unacceptable especially being a brand ambassador such as herself as a representation of pizzas hut.

Good prices and good pizza but never accurate about time of completion of there products. Eta always says 15 minutes regardless. Add 5 minutes to pizza or ten if you dare to order any side items 10 minutes at minimum for a total of 20 to 30 minutes. I wish they would update the timing system to be more accurate. One time I ordered pasta and they said they were running out. Perhaps availability should be updated as well. I’ve been telling them this for awhile but nothing changes unfortunately. Also cancelling orders at the time they were supposed to be complete. Very frustrating. I hope they can improve soon.
