Please avoid this location at all cost. They have no manners and etiquette. Tried to fight and argue with me because of the burnt pizza. What is worse is I had to sit there while the pizza is being remade and had to hear them talking crap about me. I felt soo uncomfortable and the manager served me another burned pizza and said leave if you don’t like it. You need to be fired and replace with someone who knows customer service.

I just wanted to share a disappointment with how bad this Pizza Hut it is. I was only able to get a name of Glen. The person behind the counter would not give me any information about how to contact somebody above him. They said when they’re busy, they won’t answer the phone. Needless to say, I was on the home phone. 4 in 20 minutes, I live across the street and ended up walking over and nobody answered at first. He wouldn’t even give me the name of the person and made it so difficult that we canceled our order. We will not be going back to Pizza Hut ever again. I would rather eat glass than deal with their rudeness. And deal with the fact that the owner does not care. You are just money and it is very apparent. The other reviews avoid at all costs

Order was made completely wrong call. They said that they have my number down and when I was ready to remake the order to call back i call back a week later. Everybody’s lost nobody’s understanding what I’m talking about.

I’m sorry but for all the people giving this place bad reviews we have to remember that they are only human. If an order didn’t have a wing or missing a topping, don’t ruin their bussiness by giving them one star D:
-I’ve been coming to this specific Pizza Hut every 3 or so months for the past 2.5 years and everytime, they always deliver! AMAZING! IT’S ONE STOP CLOSER TO FLAVOR-TOWN! 😀 –

This location is way too stingy with the toppings. I ordered a 3 topping pizza and there were barely any toppings on the pizza. Seems like I would get the same amount of toppings if I ordered a 1 topping or a 3 topping. They just take away toppings to make room for the other 2 toppings. When I go to other Pizza Hut locations, I get way more toppings.

Last week I placed an order online, my order was taking a little longer than expected, when I checked to see where my delivery was, it said it was on it’s way… 30 mins later I checked again and it said it was delivered… but I haven’t gotten it… so I checked outside. low and behold my pizza was there…
Sitting on the ground, and cold as ice.. so I called the restaurant and made a complaint. The manager asked if I wanted he to send a replacement order out. I said no, he offered a credit and I said yes…. So that was that… now I’m trying to use my credit. So I go to place an order online and there’s no record of a credit no problem. So I call and the operator at the call center says he can’t help with a credit and he transferred me to the store… now I’m on hold and no one is answering… I call and call and call and call… waiting and getting really angry because I’m talking about being on hold for 30 mins at a time… poor poor poor service…

Burnt pizza, not even edible. Called twice to store, and contacted online customer service. They said i would hear back and never did. Always ordered pizza hut when i wanted mainstream pizza. Id rather order anything else at this point. Managers at this location dont care about pizza hut
