I ordered from you guys on Wednesday and been sick since me and my family. We got food poisoning from the food and haven’t been able to get out of bed since. We have been puking, diarrhea and way worse. Never again will I be buying pizza from here again and tbh I just want my money back. Very disappointed the way me and my family is sick is ridiculous. Only ate Pizza Hut that day so I know the food poisoning comes from you guys. If you can get this resolved in a timely manner that would be great or else I will have no choice but to seek other help from the health department for the pain you guys put me and my family through

Easy to order online. Delivery was excellent and the food delicious ! We had a Sausage pizza and penne pasta bowl, with sausage and pepperoni sauce and cheese – great taste! A smiling delivery guy and hot food !

I ordered pizza online for carryout today. The pizza was cooked well not burned, and the order was correct. This was my first good experience at a pizza hut in Vegas. Normally something is wrong, the pizza, is burned, they forget the sauce or something. This time it was a 9/10. The front desk person could be a little more friendly and say hello or thank you though.

Don’t get me wrong, they use to have good service. When I ordered pizza with extra sause they use to actually put extra sause on it. Now it seems like it’s a pre based pizza they grab from the back pre cheesed and everything. They put no good work into their pizzas and don’t give you what you ask. My friends ordered a pizza and at first they didn’t make it half and half. It was more like 2 and a half slices of one kind and 5 and a half of the other. Then they call and complain about it and they send us another one back but it’s like two different size pizzas together.

Ordered Today they picked up once left me on hold my order was late and no one picked up after tht . Once my order arrived it was wrong And we just paid all that money for something incorrect and it was burnt. I decided to call again due to the sauce being incorrect and pizza being burnt. After 20 minutes of waiting Sady who said she’s a manager was rude said they don’t have the sauce I ordered but instead of them telling customers or calling they just made the incorrect order and delivered it smh . I was telling Sady who said she’s the general manager my concerns she was rude and she was saying “mhmmm and uhhhuh” her customer service was rude and just unprofessional never again. Pizza Hut do better especially with your managers Smh . Stuff I ordered wasn’t correct and my pizza was burnt and your general manager was just rude . She said she will give a refund but based off her attitude she probably won’t . And I will be calling a higher up after this smh
