Ordered from here multiple times with no real issues besides poor customer service (but hey, what can you expect from a pizza place) but this time I was upset. Ordered extra sauce (no cheese, lactose intolerant) olives, pepperoni & garlic. I have never seen my pizza like this before I contacted their chat agent, they sent a coupon so I re-ordered (paid even more for delivery fees & minimum delivery price) & asked them not to over cook it. They sent the same pizza TWICE. Whoever closed on 2/18/26 at this location needs to be retrained. Idk how it’s possible for others to do it but not whoever worked tonight. You had two chances & you failed

I had to review because their pizza was pitiful. While ordering I was asked if I wanted extra cheese. I replied no because I never order extra cheese. The person receiving my order seemed suprized in her tone. After receiving my order I understood why.

They use DoorDash for deliveries and that company is terrible! I only use them if I HAVE too. I ordered this evening, and when they arrived, Machel didn’t even try to find my apartment and then I had to walk all the way to the front to get my order. When I went to get it, there were no seals on any of the food. Thats a big nope for me, especially with DoorDash eating people’s food all the time. I called back to re-order, they refused to send my order back out with the proper seals. I won’t be ordering from here ever again. Good luck

Yet another pizza place that has sold their soul to DoorDash. Received the text that the dasher picked up my order, but she had two other stops before me. Fine, I’m sure even regular pizza delivery drivers make more than one delivery. The issue is, regular drivers keep the pizza in a hot bag so your pizza still arrives hot. This driver did not use a hot bag so by the time she did her two other orders our pizzas were nearly cold. Also, I wanted to be handed my order and through multiple confirmations of my order I DID NOT select contactless, however, she still arrived, placed our pizza on the ground and left. Did not ring our bell or knock, just left. If I had not gotten the next text that it was delivered I would not have known it was there. We’ve been ordering from this location for nearly 11 years and always had great service with their own drivers. May just have to stick with Dominos across the street.

Fresh hot pizza and LIGHTNING fast delivery! Said 1 hour was here in 20 or 25 minutes! Nice delivery guy too. Thanks you so much. Pizza Hut we liked back home was shut down and none ever delivered to our home so it’s nice to get delivery here in Vegas. AND the driver came up to the room door to deliver like I asked in the online (Pizza Hut website) order!

I ordered pizza online for delivery. I am currently unable to walk due to a massive injury came back which is why I chose delivery. After 2 hours of no pizza being delivered I called and spoke to someone there. He claimed I chose carry out which is not true. I had the order up on my screen and it showed delivery. I also had an option at checkout asking me if I wanted to include a tip which I selected no as I always give tip in cash. Anyhow he said he would have to charge additional for delivery ontop of my 50$ order which I already paid for delivery. I told him you know what please just cancel and refund. He said I am not canceling this order it’s already been made and I am not refunding a 50$ order. I said what do I don’t get my pizza or my money back I guess I need to contact my bank. He then said yep you’re going to have to then hung up on me. I called back a total of 3 times trying to get ahold of the manager and he claimed he was the manager. Wouldn’t give a name either. He would not listen, started yelling at me and talking over me the whole time. I eventually had a family member go drive down after the 3 phone calls I made and they said threw my order out and keeping my money. I have called my bank and notified my bank putting a dispute on the charge. This is THEFT. I won’t be ordering there again.
EDIT 11/11/24 called customer service if corporate and chatted with them. They assured me I would get a call back within 3 days still no word back. I have also called the store and asked who the owner is, I get hung up on, I’ve also called and ask to speak to manager and get put on permahold. I encourage anybody who has ordered from here or thinks about ordering from here to not order. You could have your money stolen next. Since the person will not give me his name. The only thing that I can possibly think of is that the person that I’m having the issue with is Rob. The same person everybody on here is complaining about. The store needs to be shut down or this person needs to be fired.

Shocked, first time being let down by PH. Delivered cool room temperature pizza, over an hour to get to us, digestive problems occurred thereafter. Worst experience for any delivery thus far. Not sure how busy they were, whatever, but they may have sent hot food, but it arrived like frozen and thawed to room temp, reheated by being kept in the trunk on the way here quality.
