I love Pizza Hut and often visit different locations, sometimes even paying extra to make my pizza extra cheesy. However, this time I was really disappointed. I’ve been to other locations, and it’s always been better—this one was a waste of money. The cheese wasn’t like I see on TV or on the picture, where you grab a slice and the cheese is dripping. Because of this experience, I don’t think I’ll be returning to this location.

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received at Pizza Hut on 02/18/26. An assistant manager reversed a store credit that had previously been granted to us after a $45 pizza order was never delivered.
I do not understand how one manager can approve a store credit for a clear service failure, only for another manager to later override that decision and refuse to honor it. We paid for food that was never delivered, and instead of resolving the issue, we are now being denied both a refund and the originally approved credit.
This experience has seriously damaged my trust in this location. Customer service should focus on resolving mistakes, not creating additional frustration for paying customers.
I am requesting that management review this situation and honor the store credit or provide a proper refund. This could have been handled professionally, and I hope someone will step in to correct it.

Ordered a large Supreme pizza well done because most pizza from here comes half-cooked or doughy. The order was placed online & delivered timely. Immediately upon lifting the box top, there was a sour, rancid smell. The mushrooms were VERY overpowering! I thought maybe the smell was just my sensitive nose & stomach. I bit into one slice & it tasted spoiled. I spit it out & began to vomit! My spouse ate two pieces & he later became sick.
It was too late to complain because they had closed. We called back the next morning & I spoke with someone who identified as a manager/district manager. They acted like I was lying or trying to get over. They told me they would send someone to “PICK UP OUR PIZZA”! Can you believe they sent a driver to come get the pizza!
I was told I’d get my money back, but that didn’t occur. I had to dispute it with my bank. I will NEVER eat here again. I encourage you to USE CAUTION!!!

Like what kinda restaurant don’t have menus for customers dinning in! I walked in and had to scan a qr code then scroll through the phone to figure out what I wanted to eat. Then staff was rude as hell but at least the food was hot and fresh but expensive! 39.00 for a supreme pizza and an order of bread sticks

Honestly I’ve been eating here a lot. Mostly wings than pizza, but I have to say that sometimes the boneless wings are undercooked. They feel hard to chew and you can just tell the difference. Yesterday I was at work and I was feeling wings. So I ordered and little did I know there was a piece that was soft in the beginning and soon became hard. After realizing it I threw it away. As soon as I got home not even 2 hours later my stomach was hurting, and still is after writing this. T-T

The inside looking from the outside looks like you can sit down to eat, relax and enjoy your food. Once you open the door, it’s a different story. Not inviting, looks like half of a lobby with one TV. Seating is uncomfortable and trying to open the bathroom is ridiculous. Can’t see the numbers and by the time you get it open, you mind as well used the bathroom on yourself. There is no menu to look at the counter. Very user unfriendly and the girl behind the counter was not helpful at all. Left me standing there to figure things out on my own. Very sad. Won’t be returning.

Ordered a pizza with extra pepperoni, extra olives and extra mushrooms. Pizza came with extra pepperoni but the other toppings were not extra at all. I called and got a reorder for it and the second pizza they sent me was the exact same way. Guy in the phone said that it did have all extra toppings but I’ve ordered same exact order before and there was no question that it had extra toppings. This time it was definitely not.

I tried calling for the status of my order, I got to please hold they set the phone down proceeded to ignore me for 7 and a half minutes I tried calling back and it rang and rang, I tried calling with a different phone number and it just rings forever.
Can I went back to my old phone number to call it cut me off the three more times I tried.
I understand this is Tuesday night around 4:30 and people are ordering lots of pizza so they don’t have to cook.
But I guess I won’t be using this Pizza Hut ever again it was my go to Pizza Hut so Pizza Hut you can suck it I will just use Domino’s from now on!

If there was an option to give no stars that is what I would have chosen. First off I would just like to say there is no explanation or excuse that you could provide that will make this acceptable. The order was placed and delivered. After my daughter brought the box in, she noticed the seal was broken and it was not one of those “oops, my bad”. I am pretty sure that the seals were created to keep the food safe and tamper free and should have NOT been delivered! To make things worse, the order wasn’t even correct. Then upon calling the location, all they offered was $10 off my next order. Seriously, we can get over the wrong pizza but the seal being broken that defeats the whole purpose of having them. Especially, with all that is going around, Pizza Hut staff should know better and should have definitely taken better measures to ensure your customers stay safe. I will definitely be reaching out to a health official to find out what more can be done.

This Pizza Hut Sucks!!! Their online wasn’t working. Called them and made them aware of it. Ordered a pizza and wasn’t granted the online price. Didn’t notice until I left from picking pizza up. Employee said I can come back and get the difference. When I arrived I wasn’t given my money. Was told I can get some bread sticks instead. Asked the mgr why would I want some breadsticks when my pizza dough was raw! She told me I needed to ask for it well done… Why didn’t you cook it to begin with?? Will NEVER visit this Pizza Hut EVER again! That’s why y’all barely have customers.
