I cannot get ahold of him now.. by the time we get the Pizza. It’s going to be cold. And I called the store and nobody can help me. They don’t know what to tell me. Because once it leaves a store, it’s not their problem.

Absolute disgrace to the business and should be shut down.. I ordered a pizza throught to official pizza hut app with the option to pay cash only to be called from some random number by a rude employee saying that they are not taking cash with no explanation why and demanding i give tgem my entire debit card information. Which is against the option I choose to pay by. After giving him the info, my card was charged and canceled by him and he just hung up on me. Someone needs to be fired because this location sucks.

I placed an order a few nights ago for delivery at around 11PM, I ordered a large hand toss with light spicy marinara. But when I received the pizza it had a lot like extra sauce on it. But thankfully when I called to tell the worker about the mistake, the manager, Dez, was the one to pick up the phone and he was very understanding and took responsibility which most managers I feel like dont do, offering two different solutions for my troubles. Definitely will be ordering from here again, thank you again Dez for the help!

I have been coming to this pizza hut location 2-3 a week. My family and I have never had an issue our pizza or the staff. Until today the manager Trey gave me a burnt pizza with no sauce. I kindly went and asked for it to be remade. He insisted that the pizza looked like that because of my request and that he couldn’t do anything about it. I asked to be remade to look less burnt and have more sauce. The second time I went in he didn’t say hello, didn’t have me the pizza properly, or say goodbye. This is what he gave me the second time. I spit out the pizza because it tasted bad and had a foul smell. I’ll be back later when Jake is in today to get my pizza replaced. This will be the third time I request the pizza be made.

Katie and Tom are liars. I placed an online order and used my points. Ive never had an issue before. I went to pick up my food. They said my points didn’t go through on their system. So I called the point department. They said everything was fine and they pulled the points. There should be no issues. Unprofessional and rude.

I order online 2 pizzas they messed up on one of them i wanted sausage with jalapeno gave me pineapple sausage order 8 pc wings didn’t get it they send me home with crispy, cold pizza went back to the location told them they gave me a wrong pizza he said do you have it?i said no pizza was cold enough as it is he was standing there thinking didn’t know what to tell me i said i don’t even care about that pizza.they offer me a 6 pc wings when i paid for an 8 pc send me home with the 6pc and i said can i get jalapenos on the side he seemed confused like not wanting to give me the jalapenos that i paid for and they never put it on my pizza wow i feel like i got played the money i paid for never again going to this location thanks pizza hut im a manager at a fast food restaurant and that’s not the way to do it. My kids where hungry so at this point they didn’t care how cold the pizza was.

I will not be ordering from this store again. I just ordered six pizzas for my staff—two cheese and four pepperoni. However, my receipt shows six cheese pizzas, and I’m unsure how this mistake occurred.
When I called, the first person I spoke to said they could correct the issue, but the second person told me there was nothing they could do since I ordered online. I am extremely disappointed that I spent nearly $100 on pizzas I did not order. This is unacceptable and bad for business. Now, I have to find another establishment for our Pizza Fridays.

Ordered a large thin crust and a large hand tossed. Instead of communicating with the customer that they’re out of both crusts they said nothing. Instead the customer got tavern crust. If customer wanted tavern crust we would’ve ordered it. We could’ve gone to another location. But no they said nothing. Horrible customer service. Their website should’ve reflected they were out of both crust.
Called store to complain and received an apology for food we couldn’t eat.

2/6/25 Ordered pizza and pepperoni melt and garlic bread and vegetables pasta and it was all horrible, hard , overcooked, no extra cheese nor Italian sausage as I ordered and melt was hard and burnt and garlic bread hard and dry and this is 3rd time I’ve complained about the food and I’m very disappointed and upset and disgusted with the food and customer service ! Food and customer services are getting worst and worse and when you complain treat you like your the problem!! 6895 e lake mead blvd and 560 Nellis in Las Vegas they need some help with cooking and making a real pizza to the customers liking!!! Thanks to the delivery guy at Nellis he was courteous and helpful and polite and he needs a raise!!! Great customer service!!! I’m done with Pizza Hut and been with them for over 10 + years!! It’s really going down hill!!!
