WOW! this place and their manager are a joke! 1 star because I needed to place a star but this place is trash. Placed an order online, it said delivered and it was never delivered. Called the store spoke with someone who stated they were the manager but hung up on me 5 times, had me talk to a driver who stated he delivered to a lady at the house, there was no lady at the house it was only a male. The manager who never gave me her name proceeded to tell me it was delivered and even put the driver on the phone. Then the unnamed manager proceeded to tell me it was still being made because they did not have the supplies. So how are you making it the order if you do not have the supplies??? She then proceeded to tell me to head to the store, never letting me speak. I am APPALLED on how the manager was talking, telling me to head to the store for what???? you clearly just told me you did not have the Supplies for the pizza after placing your driver on the phone for him to tell me it was delivered, then she continued to tell me the pizza was still cooking???? so what was the story? mistakes happen I get it but never did she apologize and was being so rude and disrespectful for a manager she clearly does not pride herself in her job, which is just sad. Will be calling corporate and filling a complaint with the BBB.

I order online 2 pizzas they messed up on one of them i wanted sausage with jalapeno gave me pineapple sausage order 8 pc wings didn’t get it they send me home with crispy, cold pizza went back to the location told them they gave me a wrong pizza he said do you have it?i said no pizza was cold enough as it is he was standing there thinking didn’t know what to tell me i said i don’t even care about that pizza.they offer me a 6 pc wings when i paid for an 8 pc send me home with the 6pc and i said can i get jalapenos on the side he seemed confused like not wanting to give me the jalapenos that i paid for and they never put it on my pizza wow i feel like i got played the money i paid for never again going to this location thanks pizza hut im a manager at a fast food restaurant and that’s not the way to do it. My kids where hungry so at this point they didn’t care how cold the pizza was.

I love PIZZA HUT!! Never will change my mind on a PAN PIZZA FROM THE HUT! Just love it! And I like their wings also … you can actually get their wing sauce recipe online .. hit up Google and you will have it . Enjoy the HUT folks!!!!!

The woman that delivered my pizza was so rude. I asked for contactless and for the pizza to be place outside my door because I have cámaras and she knocked on my door… and then was very rude… very disappointing that because of an employees behavior made the experience from ordering at this location horrible.

Contact your customers about orders that will be late. I placed my order at 8:03 pm and did not get my order till 9:25pm. And, of course it was luke warm. Told me I could not get my money back, told me they would give me points but could not tell me the amount I would get said i would have to wait and look on the app, and told that I could not contact the general manager. Not happy at all!

Placed an order for delivery 2 1/2 hours ago & never received the food. Did call the location rep said she was not able to give me a refund just offered to give me a credit or remake the food. Finally said I can get a refund but have to give them my full card # over the phone. Did speak to manager at the end and said we had already spoken to me even tho that was the 1st time I called. She was not helpful and was rude when I told her I was not giving her my full card #, seemed as they do not care. They had no clue where the order was at.
