I ordered a large pizza with extra sauce however, the pizza was extremely dry and had absolutely no sauce. Lewis was no help at all when I called to ask if I could be refunded, he said I have to call back two days later on Friday when his general manager is back at the store. Every single pizza I’ve ever ordered from this location is extremely dry. Does the cost of the pizza sauce come out of the employee’s paycheck? Why are all of the pizzas so dry?

I didn’t get her name, but whoever is the young lady that was working that night (2/6) around 11pm was a sweetheart. The pizza was cooked to perfection and she made sure it was cooked thoroughly since it had a lot of toppings. I think she was running the store by herself and if she was kuddos to her! She was dark skinned girl. Keep hiring good workers like her!

The experience was horrible and I will never order Pizza Hut again! Two of my pizzas were completely incorrect! One of which my daughter was to eat and had onions what she’s allergic to. The other one was a Cheese pizza, but I ordered half cheese half of bacon. The manager was incredibly rude and when I asked her her name and then I was going to report it to corporate. She said I threatened her and he hung up on me and would not resolve the issue. I had to call and make a corporate complaint and I still do not have a recourse! You guys have my money and I am going to the health department because I have a pizza which I was trying to get fixed in addition to the one that was incorrect, but I kept getting hung up on horrible customer service! Legally liable! I have pictures! And I recorded being hung up on.

DoorDash driver dropped my food in my yard.
I called the store they can’t help me because I guess Pizza Hut uses door dash now and not regular delivery drivers.
So I was told to call door dash by the driver and then again by the employee at Pizza Hut (she didn’t have the door dashes number I was supposed to call, had to look that up) I finally call DoorDash and was transferred over and over until they transferred me to a robot that can’t help me.
I just want my money back. This has not been a great experience.
I always do pickup. Didn’t know the drivers weren’t actually employed by PizzaHut. GROSS & CHEAP CORP!!

Horrible! This is not a Detroit style pizza. No crusted edge whatsoever. Way undercooked. Zero seasoning. To top it off it was cold. The box even tries to describe the pizza and this is not what you get. This is the second time ordering from here and both times completely undercooked and gross. Never again.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Horrible service . Cashier and service was horrible on top of that the food they made me wait over 10 min for after I ordered online was just awful. Looked old and disgusting. Had my order waiting in the warmer after they hit the bell. I asked for service 5 times and they all wanted to ignore me.they all wanted to stand around & talk instead of just getting me my order.It’s terrible how they treat the customers. I won’t be back I’ll find somewhere else to order from.

I called in to make a request on a online order due to my son’s disability and WHOEVER answered the phone was so helpful he literally stopped me from explaining why my son needed to food made a certain way and he let me know IT WASNT A PROBLEM!!! This place keeps getting worse. They charge 5.49 for delivery and they use DoorDash. Pizza takes so long to get delivered and it’s cold. They went back and forth with my order today since 7pm giving me different updates about my order. Two hours later my pizza wasn’t delivered yet so I cancelled my order. Should’ve saved myself this inconvenience and got little Caesar’s instead

Thought i would give this place a second chance. Last time I’ll order from here. Half the cheese baked off and NO SAUCE…. None, zero, zilch! The Buffalo wings….. more than half of the 8 pieces were way too crunchy and barely no chicken.
