We ordered a couple of pizzas, scheduling them for an hour and a half later. For some reason, we got a text saying that the order has been assigned to Door Dash (say what? We ordered directly through PH). 45 minutes later I get a text from the driver saying that they are at the store waiting for the order. Again, say what? So now the driver is sitting there waiting for the pizzas. We get them 15 minutes early – not too much of a big deal. But the pizza is 1) overdone and 2) not a pan pizza that I paid $1 more for. They’re a mess.

I recently went and arrived right in time for pickup. Said it take another 3-4 minutes which I didn’t mind. I ended up waiting an extra 15 minutes. When I got my food the man at the counter insured me that my dipping sauces were in the boxes. When I got home my pizza and my cheese sticks were both cold that the cheese on both already got hard and the dough was not cooked all the way. What a waste.

I have been ordering here for years , but recently I have noticed a decline in the quality of food and service. I walked in to pick up my order, no one greeted me, I had to literally say “hello” before being acknowledged. There was no one at the counter and a young lady working in the back who completely ignored me. This particular young lady clearly lacks customer service skills, she finally handed me my order (silently) and did not ask if I needed anything. Now for the food…. The boneless wings were lukewarm and did not appear to be cooked thoroughly. The pizza was cut extremely unevenly and sloppy. The cheese bread was the only decent thing.

Personal pan pizza for my 3 year old who loves pizza. This past Tuesday i ordered one when it was $2 personal pan pizza day as i came to find out. I thought cool, what a deal. Until i arrived. My food was handed to me in pasta containers and the pizza inside was horrendous. The pizza didn’t even have the correct type of crust. My daughter would not eat the pizza as it was all dough, barely any cheese. I usually go to the pizza hut on commerce and never had this issue so it was my fault for giving another location a chance.

I Waited an hour for this pizza when I called the store they acted like they didn’t care. Don’t Order from this Pizza Hut I see why they have a low rating! The pizza was nasty to much sauce and it’s was thin and it wasn’t even hot when I asked for them to make a new one they declines

How disappointing. The pizza was supposed to come with chicken sausage. There was no chicken sausage. As you can see, this pizza also came with grilled chicken as a topping. They obviously were stingy with such. The woman at the counter seemed nice, but still. Pathetic.

I ordered online today 2/5/26 for a delivery and was expecting 35-45 wait. I said OK. Kids had a gathering after school. Kept checking on my order and the time Kept delaying. Called and called store no one to get ahold of… I live 5 mins but had kids over that’s why I ordered deliver couple kids left home because of the wait. Had pizza delivered 30 minutes past my 45 minutes wait. Pizza was not good. Save yourself and go somewhere else.

This Pizza Hut is conveniently located in our neighborhood, but it does not have an inside dining – – it is just for pick up and delivery. The staff are very friendly and they are efficient with their orders. I recommend that you use the pizzahut app and you can save yourself time by ordering your food on the app and then just doing curbside pick up if you are going to pick it up and not have it delivered. If you are looking for some work and have a drivable car, it appears that they are paying pretty good salary for people doing delivery for them. Give them a call to either order a pizza to eat or to perhaps pick up some extra work for a job.

Pizza is nasty to me but my daughter likes it and it’s convenient for me sometimes! Hate going in and making orders because it’s always a problem especially with seantell always has an attitude and is pretty disrespectful to customer! I ordered online, what i ordered was rather picky due to my son, and what he will eat. (He is on the spectrum) Received our order wrong, I called, explained what I ordered, (special instructions didnt show from the app)no problems they will remake and send it out again. 2nd one, was also wrong, However, i called again, explained what I needed and was sorry to be that person, but i just really needed it that specific way. They completely understood, made it again for the third time, and sent it out. We got it, perfectly made, and the boy is eating!! Success!! I just want to add, at no point were the employees or drivers rude, annoyed, or anything. They were very professional and took care of us. Very much appreciated! Thank you Pizza Hut Employees for your kindness and understanding tonight, this momma needed it!!!! Edit, just tried to order just like this again, and the girl in the phone was rude as hell, never mind on the kind words. We wont order from there again. Said it could not be done. Clearly it can.
