I ordered over the phone last night. The young lady was very nice and she explained all the current deals or specials. I ordered a personal pizza with pepperoni and Italian sausage, 20 piece wings and a cinnamon sticks. She said it would be 15 to 20 minutes. I arrived early. When I walked in the young man that helped me said that it would be about 4 minutes minutes. And then a young lady rung me up and shortly after my food came out. When I got home it was still hot and fresh! You can tell from the pictures , I couldn’t wait!

I met the absolutely laziest employee here, he must be related to the owner. This young dude couldn’t look up from his phone for more than 3 seconds, refuses to acknowledge customers in the lobby and when he does, he moves with no sense of purpose. He can’t even speak with effort, I nicknamed him mumbles. The rest of the team was working and serving customers and mumbles went back to watching is insta and ignoring customers, unreal!

Never got my food. The lobby is freezing. I encountered a grumpy, pushy woman at the counter no smile at all. Must be having a bad day. I was there to place a take out order. I never got to the ordering.
The woman kept insisting on a phone number. Other places I’ve been just want a name. Absolutely no reason Pizza Hut needs my phone number. I tried to order, she wouldn’t take it. She kept insisting on a phone number.
Well that’s the last time I visit this or maybe any pizza hut.
Went across the street to Those Guys and was able to order a fabulous pizza without a phone number. Just my name. Get a clue pizza hut. Customer service is one of the few areas where a store can distinguish themselves.

I ordered a Large pepperoni pan pizza.The pizza was hot and fresh when I picked it up for takeout. The crust was crispy, with just the right amount of sauce and pepperoni’s. The customer service was also good.

Ok, this pizza was supposed to have extra mushrooms, OMG! One slice had a sliver on the whole pizza! This was a disgraceful!! Five topping really! Pizza hut used to be great! Now, I Will Never Order There AGAIN!!!! THEY SHOULD BE ASHAMED!!!! And Haley the manager, rude, argumentative to me! Didn’t let me speak! I will NEVER, EVER Order again!

I did a online delivery order for wings which was 16 dollars when the delivery arrived I was in the shower and sent my 12 year old down with the money (20 dollars) he was told by the driver he had to keep the whole 20 because he didn’t have change when I called the Pizza Hut store the manager was very rude which made me come into the store when I got to the store he refused to give me his name ( he was a black guy with glasses) he threw money at me and trashed talked me while walking off dancing making fun of the situation

Acted like they had never heard of any of the dinner boxes before. Made me go outside and order online. Store blocks cell signal somehow. Refused to give Parmesan or red pepper without charging extra fees. Employees unfriendly. Won’t be coming back to this location.
30 minutes later, got my pizza. Asked for extra hut favorite crust flavoring. They literally said it out loud, I heard them, then didn’t put any on it. This pizza is over cooked GARBAGE. They also didn’t give me marinara for my breadsticks. Will be filing a complaint for my money back.
