Place looks almost shut down, takes a while for someone to pop out the back. No, it was not busy. My pizza was not cut had to just cut it. Minimal pep on the pizza and no ham.
Won’t be back to this location.
Sticking to dominos, it’s easy to fix my order on their online help anyway. The email form wouldn’t allow me to submit for pizza hut.

I ordered a pizza after having had “one of those days” and a previous order from another spot not get delivered. Well my first pizza from Pizza Hut did not get delivered to me by their door dasher. I called and the man on the other line was able to handle me crying (again one those days!) and told me he’d get one right out to me. I said I hope it come before my baby wakes up from her nap…they got it here!!! I just want to say my pizza was hot and delicious and baby didn’t interrupt it, thank you for making it right, I appreciate it more than you know! They added cinnamon rolls too, and I didn’t even know I needed them, good job guys!

Ordered the big dinner boxfor my son’s birthday and one pizza had hardly no cheese and the other looked like a Danish with only toppings in the center.. when they remade the pizza it was exactly the same only in the center.. was terrible..

We have been regular customers, ordering from this establishment at least once a week due to our kids’ busy afternoon schedules. Initially, the experience was excellent—our first order was prepared perfectly and customized to our specifications. Unfortunately, the quality of service has significantly declined over the last two orders.
When we placed an online order for scheduled pickup, the items prepared were not what we requested. The chicken was undercooked, and the pizzas were far from what we had ordered. Hoping to resolve the issue, I placed the most recent order in person and clearly explained my preferences to the young woman assisting me. Despite this, the order was still incorrect. The pizzas were simple—one topping with extra spicy sauce—but they lacked sauce, were cold upon receipt, and did not meet our expectations.
Given that I waited in the car for the order, it appears that the pizzas may have been left sitting out or the staff was not managing their time efficiently. Regardless of the cause, this recurring issue has left us disappointed, and we have decided to look elsewhere for our family’s meals due to the ongoing decline in service quality.

Placed my order online at 5:32. I’m currently still on hold after being placed on hold 4 different times. All I needed to do was modify my order. I couldn’t remove the pepperoni online so I called in immediately after to make modifications and nothing. My pizza is now here and the driver refused to take it back and just refund me. Can someone reach out to me please.
