Horrible customer service. We ask for a new yorker and stuff crust pizza. Along with wings and side salad. We get charge never are ask or told we only have ranch. They bring our order out it is incorrect . Then manager wants us to paid for the New Yorker after associate admits she misunderstood. We ask if we can just pay difference they said NO because it’s a difference of $9 . I ask okay just void transaction and charge me again correctly at that point manager begins screaming i can’t do that I don’t have access. I have to call my DM . Waiters never came to ask if we needed refills.

I was only there for pick up. 3 star because l was told to wait but wasn’t told it was ready. As far as l can tell there is plenty of room and place looked clean. Open kitchen, so you could see the prep on your food and the staff were friendly.

I had a birthday party for my twins and it was clean. I made a mistake on my online order and the manager Roy got really upset and was very rude. That will be the last time I order from there and the pizza was a little burned. But the cashier was very polite and he made our experience a little more better. I feel they need a better manager.

Soooo, let me just say, we are hungry. We have been waiting for an hour and a half and that dirty table is the only table that has been here. They arrived after us by the way. The waiter came and took our order about thirty minutes ago. Then when we inquired, we discovered he hadn’t turned the order in because he was confused, so my sister took everyone’s order again and then gave it to him so he could understand. I believe our orders might be getting made right now. It’s yet to be seen. I asked the “manager” Daniel, who is actually just a shift lead, why it was taking so long and he literally told me that they normally require a days notice for a group our size. We are a group of 17. This is Pizza Hut people and there has only been ONE table since we arrived

We were craving for pizza when we were doing a cross-country road trip along i-10. Figured we stopped by on a smaller city, like Deming NM, so we could have our order served quick. Turned out it’s a good decision. This pizza hut place served our order in no time. Food is good. Dining area is clean and well-lit. Toilet is clean. And, best of all, guy working the counter and serving (failed to get his name) is very pleasant and attentive. We were there November 9 2022 11am.
