Just did a Carry out from Missouri location and I was a little weary because our past experiences at this Pizza Hut location hasn’t been great in the past. I have to say that this time around everything was great. From the service to the food. Promt, courteous customer service at pickup. I dare to say our Pizza was perfect and credit to where credit is due. It was not only delicious but not a greasy mess either which made our Pizza even better. Best Pizza we have had from Pizza Hut in Las Cruces NM.

The Shift Mngr Alexis was awesome helping me reorder the food due to my over the phone agent on the toll free number incorrectly sent my previous order to the wrong Pizza Hut Restaurant. Unfortunately that’s what you get when your company outsources jobs.
But back to Alexis and her cook, Jacky! Had a great time conversating as if we were friends previously from today. Their customer service is exceptional and food was perfect! ✔️ The facility was spotless and inviting. Thats why this store is my favorite of all 4 restaurants in Las Cruces, NM.

Service is fantastic. Interior dining hall many seats and booths. In a large mostly empty parking lot. Jukebox! Salad bar, etc. TVs. Came in on a Tuesday lunch hour. Not busy, nice and calm.

Went into Missouri Location and I got a dry, cold, no sauce no cheese pizza. I put the pizza on a paper plate as it shows better on white background. I didn’t push the cheese back with my fingers. I didn’t take the sauce off. I did order sauce. The pepperoni was hard. The breadsticks were hard. The marinara cups were only halfway full and they acted like they were doing me a favor by cooking me food.

I went to pick up my pizza from the Missouri location. Unfortunately, I had already swiped my card and paid before he passed me the box, I opened it when I realized there was no heat coming from the box. I opened it and found this dried out , cold pizza that looked like it had literally been there for days. The horrible cashier Mehki acted bored and unconcerned as he kept rolling his eyes and repeating that I would have to come back for a refund. No apologies or offers to make me a fresh pizza. Also, for some reason, there was an old man there pretending to count money breathing directly over the exposed dried out, old horrid ,so called pizza, as well as another of his co-horts (can’t call them workers )who was just standing there looking high as a kite on something breathing on it, between the three of them ,not one was helpful or seemed like they had been trained to work with human beings. They, especially Mehki, should be fired and replaced. They’re way too comfortable being horrible like this.

Jesus hell where do I start the “there’s no pesto” but not letting us know is cool, taking the phone off the hook for 10 minutes and I walk in hearing my voice echoing coz they didn’t wanna talk to me was something else. Giving them the gross pizza that they couldn’t fix back and asking for a different one and getting the look of “you’re gonna make me do my job” was insane I think I’m good getting from this location again.
