Im not disappointed in the driver I’m not sure who to feel disappointed in because I ordered my pizza at 6:39 didn’t get it untill 7:27 mind you I only live 5min away I still tipped the driver because like I said who do you blame the door dash driver or pizza hut for allowing it I’m not sure but I’m just frustrated especially because now in days it’s not easy also I ordered pepperoni ,olives ,bellpeper on the full pizza see for your self they basically gave me a half pizza with very little pepperoni olives bellpeper and the other half or should I say the other two slices have a good amount of the veggies but come on man I paid for three topipings on the entire pizza not on just two slices to spend $25.73 for a pizza meal that’s only one meal and a 2 liter and little Caesars has the same stuff for way cheaper and to top it off the order was half wrong so I end up with spending 25$+change +5$ tip I end up spending $30 dollars on a pizza that was on special it was supposed to be a 3topping large pizza for $13.99 but the lady was all you have to spend at a minimum of 15$ so I was forced to get a 2Lthat I ended up wanting and ordering but like I said half the order was wrong and the thing is if I had my car I would have just went and picked it up my self got the correct order and I would have saved my self the $5.59 actually I would have only gotten the pizza so with tax and all I most likely would have only paid under $15 $13.99+tax so I paid a $5.59deliver charge which I just snapped to as I’m writing this message Pluse a 2.06$ charge for tax to not get it exactly the way I ordered it is very actually it’s pissing me off because this means the delivery driver got a $10.59 dollar tip because they didn’t tell me the tip was included in the charge .like I have money to give away for a 5min drive and on top of it all THE order was WRONG

I placed an online order and the food they gave me was wrong. Didn’t check until I was already home. Pizza was stale and gross. Called the store and asked for the manager and was hung up on. Called multiple times after without answer and, when they finally answered, was hung up on as soon as I asked for the manager. This store sucks and the kids working it don’t care and the manager acts like a scared little kid can’t even answer the phone and be an adult. Don’t go here. I’d like to know who the manager is, they should be fired.

Picked up my order through the drive thru. Picked up my order was told it was one price. Got home and checked my bank transaction the next day. Saw I was charged about 6.00 more. Checked and confirmed through my online order that I was overcharged. I sent an email and a chat to corporate about the over charge. I have not gotten a response. I guess corporate feels it’s better to rip off customer then be responsible for a Living wage for their employees. It’s not okay to add money to someone’s card. That is fraud! Remember, if you pay with a card, make sure you watch for the final bank transaction to see if you are over charged. I will not be ordering here again. Ever!

Sad to see when you order a pizza and a pasta to be delivered, only for the delivery to be sent back and the order cancelled because the delivery driver couldn’t “find” the address. Then, the trouble of reordering, only to be charged full price after wasting the first order and time on the second order. The second order showed up, but refused due to the crappy service from the store .

My orders are easy intentionally pepperoni and mushroom, extra mushrooms. Ya, I never get extra mushrooms. Sometimes oll ask for extra pepperoni, yup my pizza is always lacking. I continue ordering because I hope someday my order will be just right.

I was home and my car was broken, I had money on my debit card and a little cash. Pizza hut let me pay for most of my order on my card and the rest upon delivery. It totally saved me because a deduction from a bill was going to be taken and my account may have been short. The driver was here quickly and he had change and was dressed professional and his vehicle was clean. His hands were clean and he was presentable. He had only eaten 1 slice of my pizza on the way…. Jk! All the order was there! And it was great!
