Order said delivered 8 minutes before it was actually delivered. Dough for pizza was old you can tell by color of dough. Was unfortunately for a friend who wasn’t feeling good and wanted a good pizza. I ended up going to Costco for a fresh pizza. I know it’s frozen dough but still should at least be freshly frozen, don’t prep and thaw more than you need. It’s a 14” hand tossed frozen dough with the green label on box.

Food was good as usual but I ordered a 16 piece boneless chicken wings at 1030pm and only got enough sauce to cover about a 1/3 of the wings. By the time I was ready to eat they were closed. If I wanted dry chicken I would have ordered that way.

On 01/10/26 one of the male employees was eating while preparing the pizzas, they gave me 2 burnt old pizzas with barely any cheese on them. Another employee by the name of Janelle told me that she would give me a $10 credit that I could only use at this location for my inconvenience. I went to redeem it today 01/21/26 and was told there is no record of it.

I used to love Pizza Hut. It was my number 1, however, the pizza I got at this place last night was the worst pizza I’ve ever had anywhere and it tasted completely different and low quality like it was stale. Horrible experience. Bought pizza the night before my gfs birthday and it arrived 20-30 minutes late. The pizza was cold and burnt. Not quite sure how you can do both. There was a chunk missing out of a slice. Overall, I should have ordered dominos. Or even from the central and Wyoming location, they might be in the worst part of town but they at least give great service and edible product.
