Horrible experience. Bought pizza the night before my gfs birthday and it arrived 20-30 minutes late. The pizza was cold and burnt. Not quite sure how you can do both. There was a chunk missing out of a slice. Overall, I should have ordered dominos. Or even from the central and Wyoming location, they might be in the worst part of town but they at least give great service and edible product.

Ordered two single orders of cheese sticks with extra cheese. The person on the phone who took my order confirmed the order with EXTRA cheese. When my order arrived, there was hardly any cheese on them at all. So, I called the actual store and spoke with the store manager, April. She was extremely rude and extremely unprofessional. She very rudely told me that the order said easy cheese. I tried to tell her that the person who took my order confirmed that I wanted extra cheese, so there must have been a breakdown in communication somewhere. Not to mention, it says extra cheese on my receipt. She very rudely snapped back that the order on her end said easy cheese. Initially, I wanted another order, but her unprofessionalism and the extremely rude way she talked to me, I decided to cancel the order. April is a terrible representation for your brand.

I would have given 5 stars, but because my pizza is made by different people it’s not always exactly the same, so I gave it 4. Yet the delivery drivers, and store customer service has always been 5 star.

Great pizza, fresh, but I think the crusts are premade, I looked under a few pieces I ate and the we’re pre cut lines…..pretty sad…. But that might be why they say orders are fifteen minutes ea only…..

The food is good when they make it right, and the name pizza Hut is very credible, but I have to ask, why are all the employees so angry and bitter? They get off by being rude and disrespectful, and that goes for All Pizza Hut’s in the city. I have yet to find a happy fully functioning franchise.

Did not give us our full order. Delivery got out sourced to door dash. Waited 2 hours, order was dropped off at the front desk without our knowledge. Of course by the time we got our order the restaurant was closed. Will be requesting a full refund. Cold pizza 2 hours later and only half of our order.

It’s carryout or delivery at this spot. I had the carryout of a 2 topping large pizza that I upgraded to stuffed crust. The pizza was piping hot and full of the pepperoni and mushrooms I ordered. Whole thing took less than 13 minutes from on-line order to pick-up. The staff were busy and handled the order with a positive attitude and service. I’ll use this location every time I’m in this part of town.

My son finally returned to me and I was excited to order the big new Yorker because I remember eating those growing up. I placed my order online and the only option was for the xy with double pepperoni. I paid $25 for this pie and when I received it there was only cheese. The receipt said cheese only. So I called the store to complain that I didn’t pay $25 for a cheese pizza and I was told it was my fault. I will never order from here again
