We ordered pizza at 11 called an hour later cause it didn’t show up. Guy said the delivery driver mixed it up with a door dash order then offered a credit. I said I wanted a full refund he told me the manager would call me in the morning. After the app said that the delivery was completed yet we never got our food. This happened once before when I ordered through door dash that’s why we ordered through the app this time. I think they just purposely ignore orders after a certain time and then hope the customer just drops it.

We waited 3 hours for our food. I ordered breadsticks, mozzarella sticks, and a medium pizza. My breadsticks weren’t cut. And my mozzarella sticks are cold. Everything looks like it has been sitting for a while. Plus the woman on the phone lied and lied about where our order was deciding at the 2 hour mark that the door dash driver stole it. I ordered at 6:15pm and did not receive my order until around 9:30pm. I will never return to this location. I would rather drive than deal with the rude woman, and waiting forever.

bad customer service , this rude “grown” woman with her airpod in her ear was bad at her communication. she didn’t even bother checking on the customer till 15 mins of waiting. definitely not gonna order from here again. it’s filthy & dirty & has a shattered door. this place is a joke.

Ordered online 2 pepperoni pizzas 7$ deal. they messed up our order and didn’t put pepperoni on the pizza and when we called to tell them they told us “You already left with the pizzas there’s nothing we can do for you” Dominos at least owns up to their mistakes and remakes your pizza. pizza was also cold.

I have often frequented this particular Pizza Hut in years past, and I could tell the changes in employees based on customer service as well as quality of the various products offered by Pizza Hut. Sometimes the quality of service and products were outstanding, other times they were horrible, and in times of them being horrible, I never decided to review, ask for a refund, attempt to call corporate office, or attempt to contact a regional manager, until this experience, I received the pizza in the photo just as is at my front door. I took the pizza back to the Pizza Hut, and asked for a refund, I was told that “Pizza Hut does not offer refunds” I asked to speak with the manager, there was no manager on duty except for a shift leader. Again told I was not to receive a refund. I hope one day this corporation remembers that’s it’s the customer that comes first and not the few dollars it makes by offering low quality product, and substandard wages to its employees.

Warning on the Detroit Pizza: Apparently it’s just the dinner box pizza with sauce on top and little pepperonis at this location. My friend got one from a Rio Rancho location today and suggested it. I included a photo of the slices from his VS the entire pizza I received. Please tell me how those are the same style pizzas. I don’t mean to dog on anyone, but I don’t appreciate being questioned as if I don’t know what I ordered. It’s not even close. His looks like the Detroit in the ads, mine looks like the dinner box rectangle. Even the wording on the outside of the box would indicate its contents aren’t correct at one glance.
