They are having problems I guess because they are taking orders somewhere in far east Asia and they forgot to “submit” my order. Because the individual on the other side of the world forgot to hit the button, I had to pay twice. I was told it could take up to a couple of weeks before my account is properly credited. What? Always receive the worst tasting pizza from this location. Never ask for refunds or call to talk about my concern. Getting a pizza there would take a while if you decided to pick up (not the staff’s fault. It is short staff) My last draw was the pizza I got delivered was the worst! It had no oil on the crust so it’s extremely crunchy and dry like a cracker, it was almost burnt, and looked awful. We called the store and was really rude to us.

Ordered a pizza picked it up to come home and find no sauce on my pizza. No one answered the phone had to drive back and ask for a new pizza and when I did arrive the employee was saying I made this myself and was sort of giving me a hard time then said she remembered and apologized so she remade it for me.

I order from this Pizza Hut a lot and to have an issue with my pizza and call and have the manager on duty be so rude about some junk yu let walk out the door is an absolute joke! Clearly there is cheese on two slices of pizza and that’s it and yu clearly seen this while cutting the pizza and still felt that was ok to send out when I just spent 50.00? and be mad at me for calling and complaining about what was given to me? I have often frequented this particular Pizza Hut in years past, and I could tell the changes in employees based on customer service as well as quality of the various products offered by Pizza Hut. Sometimes the quality of service and products were outstanding, other times they were horrible, and in times of them being horrible, I never decided to review, ask for a refund, attempt to call corporate office, or attempt to contact a regional manager, until this experience, I received the pizza in the photo just as is at my front door. I took the pizza back to the Pizza Hut, and asked for a refund, I was told that “Pizza Hut does not offer refunds” I asked to speak with the manager, there was no manager on duty except for a shift leader. Again told I was not to receive a refund. I hope one day this corporation remembers that’s it’s the customer that comes first and not the few dollars it makes by offering low quality product, and substandard wages to its employees.

This pizza hut is alright compared to others in the City and they are cool and usually have orders ready quick. Pizza hut should bring back dining in options for a better experience.

Warning on the Detroit Pizza: Apparently it’s just the dinner box pizza with sauce on top and little pepperonis at this location. My friend got one from a Rio Rancho location today and suggested it. I included a photo of the slices from his VS the entire pizza I received. Please tell me how those are the same style pizzas. I don’t mean to dog on anyone, but I don’t appreciate being questioned as if I don’t know what I ordered. It’s not even close. His looks like the Detroit in the ads, mine looks like the dinner box rectangle. Even the wording on the outside of the box would indicate its contents aren’t correct at one glance.
