I am disgusted by the customer service and quality of my order. I placed an online order for pick up. I went and got my food as I was coming back into town from traveling. When I got home to feed my family, the wings we ordered were burnt. I called the store, and the phone rang for exactly 10 mins and 53 seconds until someone picked up. I explained what I had experienced, and all I heard was hold music for an additional 3 mins. Another associate picked up, and I once again explained the situation, and I was asked this time to hold on. Another person picks up named Amanda, and she is completely rude and has nothing but a foul attitude. I explained yet again that my wings were burnt, and her response was that’s our fryer oil. If you order again it’ll be the same. I have been a customer for over 11 years at this store and never have had wings that looked like this. I asked for a GM or DM, to which I received nothing but attitude and was told it is just the store number. This is horrible service and even worse food. We shall see if I actually get to speak to someone tomorrow.

Absolutely HORRID pizza… Flat, disgusting crust and cheap sauce. Over my 45 years on this planet, I have lived in nearly 20 states, I have had HUNDREDS of pizzas… from High end “Famous” pizzarias in Chicago, NY, CA.. etc.. I have had the cheapest and worst pizzas BUT…. This particular Pizza hut is LITERALLY the WORST crap I have ever had… If I was the manager or Owner, I would be ashamed… Seriously, If I worked at a place that sold junk like this I would quit.. I have dignity and integrity…. imagine looking at the fact that 99 percent if the reviews are horrible, knowing you put out crap and go.. “Oh well”…

$70 for 3 pizzas is ridiculous! Way over priced! I got the big new Yorker, and it wasn’t good. Didn’t taste good at all. 1 out of 10. I got a super Supreme stuffed crust. It was pathetic! I counted 6 pieces of bell peppers. Hardly any toppings! 2 out of 10. The last pizza I got was there Hawaiian. It was the best one of the three. 5 out of 10. Customer service was ok. There’s only one location in flagstaff. They don’t deliver to the other side of town. I use to order pizza hut a lot, but they got rid of the bbq bacon cheese burger pizza and there chocolate dunkers. I haven’t ordered pizza hut in years. After this experience, I will never order pizza hut again. Overpriced and low quality! I don’t recommend pizza hut!

The food was cold, I usually like the taste of the food I typically order (in my home town) but this establishment was disapointing to say the least I literally threw the food out and ordered from somewhere else. I did try to call the resteraunt to find out if maybe an error had been made but no one answered after ALOT of rings.

Normally this pizza hut is pretty good when I order. This time the app wouldn’t process payment. When I called the local number it goes to a call center and they hung up when I tried explaining what was going on. Call back and they transfer me to the store only the store doesn’t answer for 10 minutes. I finally hung up. I guess they just don’t want loyal customers anymore

The positives are the food was ready quickly but the pizzas were the worst for the Pizza Hut name I have ever experienced. We were traveling, exhausted and hungry, did our best to scrape off the extreme extra unrequested amount of marinara and soak up more grease than I have ever seen on pizzas. Totally lacked flavor. Hopefully just a one time horrible experience on their part because it was awful.

Food as not very good, doughy crust instead of well done & crisp. Delivery, no dried pepper pkgs. Cheese, too little Spinach, Sausage, Pepperoni & Mushrooms . Do not recommend them!
