You know, pizza hut used to be a great place to eat, now it’s just a place to order food to fill a hole. It used to be when you ordered a meat lovers pizza it would be covered with different meats, no gaps. Your lucky to get 5 or 6 pieces of meat nowadays. I guess they don’t make enough money to satisfy their customers. I won’t be ordering anything from there anymore.
Plus it cost $35 for a medium!

It’s been an hour and 50 minutes and no delivery yet. Last time they were missing items and the pizzas we got were wrong. My fault for giving them another chance. They said they ran out of large pizzas this time so they canceled our order without calling and still active on the app. They said 15-25 minutes after I called. This has been 45 minutes ago now, no food. They “give” you a credit for next time but only for 30 days and the same issues continue. I went app to provide feedback and they closed the chat while i tried to provide the order information so absolutely nothing happened. Not even corporate pizza hut gives a damn about their guest service. They know it sucks and are perfectly fine with it.

I still have fond memories of long ago looking forward to dining here. Fast forward to the present and referring to this establishment as overpriced and under performing should be considered charitable.
Staff indifference seems to be the norm here, hardly their best effort but above no effort.
The only treat we received was unwarranted mistreatment.
Crappy, “could care less” customer service, the lowest in quality of ingredients and the highest of prices have combined into the trifecta of reasons to run away from this sinking disaster of culinary insult.
I hope something nice goes in here next.

Never had an issue however I learned that the dashe can’t break. 20$ so tonight the dasher wasn’t able to get a tip and it’s confusing cuz the website says bills bigger than a 20 also not sure why door dash is delivering if y’all have delivery drivers , plan on breaking 20 or higher bills before it gets delivered cuz now I have a pissed door dasher because I thought they could break a 20$ bill

The workers during the day are treated poorly and it’s a HIGH STRESS environment for them. The staff works so hard and is so kind, but the 2 oldest men, one thin and one larger man (never seen them on shift together) are SO bossy and disrespectful to the other workers. Blatantly disrespectful in front of customers on repeated occasions. The atmosphere sucks because of their behavior honestly. Good pizza though

I had a bad experience ordering delivery from these guys. I ordered online. An hour and a half later (a full hour after estimated delivery), I called to see where it was. They said it had just gone out, and to call back in 15 minutes if it didn’t arrive. Half an hour later, I called back, and they give me a story about how the delivery driver called, and knocked on my door multiple times. None of that actually happened. I could believe he had just gone to the wrong address if not for the phone call claim. Now they say they’ll refund my card tomorrow. We’ll see if that happens. I guess I need to find something else for dinner…
Update: I just got my credit card statement, and my order was never refunded. Pizza Hut just outright stole $35 from me.

**UPDATE FROM 1 TO 5 STAR** unable to go back in right away as we were out of town, we went back about 4 days later and we’re fortunate enough to get the same manager, Amelia, We explained to her how our experience had been and what the food was like and she was very sympathetic and empathetic and willing to credit or remake the food with no hassle at all. We definitely recommend this restaurant as their policy clearly concerns customer satisfaction and their staff represents that. The location is clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. The only complaint I have is that regardless of the number you call, you are passed on to a call center. When I called, the representative placed me on hold (without asking,) to contact the location in question and not only never got back to me but disconnected the call.
**Original review** Me and my wife order P’Zones online; we each got extra pepperoni and extra cheese and this is what they look like… I don’t understand how this was worth $9 each after tip and tax. Come on Pizza Hu, get your stuff together. Definitely will NOT be ordering here again!

I can not eat cheese so when we ordered my pizza last night we were sure to say “no cheese” 3 times on the phone. After we picked up the pizza and got home I opened the box and there was cheese (plus it was some kind of thin crust instead of original crust like we asked for). We called and they said they would make it again so we went back to pick up the new pizza and this is what I got- completely burnt, so thin, dry and hard as a rock. I couldn’t even pull slices off the pizza because the slice would just crack in half!! It was the worst pizza I have EVER gotten. Unfortunately we were very disappointed.
