Disappointed in the “dining room,” it’s a beautiful area, but no waitstaff; Have to order at the counter; No fountain drinks; No salads; Pay extra for any dipping sauce if you get wings. They didn’t even bring our food to us, I had to go to counter and ask if it was ready.

I was so excited to see a Pizza Hut with dine in on our trip here I was looking forward for a dine in experience like when I was growing up. Instead I got to go boxes and a paper plate. A large pizza, 6 wings and a 20oz drink for $50 not worth it. Plus the salad bar was closed which I wanted. You’re better off ordering on line with coupons or somewhere else. Very disappointed.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! I ordered a dinner box online and I was not given the option to make my pizza half pep and half cheese. I called the store to make a modification and per the automated response I was told to mark option 1 which I did and I was transferred at least a dozen times and no one was still able to help me. I contacted the 1-800 # and was able to speak to Pheng how made an incident report. All calls go to a call center and not to the actual store this is VERY upsetting.

High priced and they dont even serve the industy standard size pizza, dont believe me then measure you next pizza and compare to standards, its at least an inch in circumfrence smallaer on all siz3s, and its not even good pizza in my opinion. Youd think for the price you would get a great or very least a good puzza… think again, but you be the judge and dont forget to measure against the undustry standard size pizza, you will be suprised like me.

**UPDATE FROM 1 TO 5 STAR** unable to go back in right away as we were out of town, we went back about 4 days later and we’re fortunate enough to get the same manager, Amelia, We explained to her how our experience had been and what the food was like and she was very sympathetic and empathetic and willing to credit or remake the food with no hassle at all. We definitely recommend this restaurant as their policy clearly concerns customer satisfaction and their staff represents that. The location is clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. The only complaint I have is that regardless of the number you call, you are passed on to a call center. When I called, the representative placed me on hold (without asking,) to contact the location in question and not only never got back to me but disconnected the call.

I was rummaging through old boxes recently because I was trying to find some blackmail I had on someone and came across a memory box full of knick-knacks and childhood belongings. I saw a familiar looking paper that caught my attention so I grabbed it and saw that it was an official BOOK IT Pizza Hut Reading Award Certificate! In bold writing it stated “You have met the reading goal for the month and this entitles you to ONE FREE-Personal Pan Pizza® -parenthesis- ONE TOPPING.”

Ok, here are some suggestions. You can take or leave them. Bring your subs back. The pizza has changed, it’s good but the butter that used to be on the bottom was great! The location for that pizza hut is difficult for the manager. This is due to the people coming in off the street. That should be addressed. Go back to the way it used to be.
