Honestly, this Pizza Hut has been a bright spot for us. The staff is always friendly and helpful, the orders are accurate, and the food is consistently fresh and hot. Even when things are busy, they go out of their way to make sure customers are taken care of. It really makes a difference when a place treats you with kindness and professionalism. We truly appreciate this location and the people who work here! Isiah is the best!

Seppe was helpful, when we walked in the door, he was very friendly and greeted us with a smile as we walked in the door. Seppe asked about our night and took my order promptly and accurately. He also informed us how long our order would take, which helps keep us informed. Our breadsticks and pizza cookie was hot and very good.

I usually get this for my family almost every week, especially when work gets busy and I’m too tired to cook. The service here is wonderful and the food is always great. My kids love this place. If you want something quick and delicious Pizza Hut is the way to go!

Always these guys because if we don’t order here we are inevitably disappointed! Thank you to the two guys who are always there, see me, and bring my the most amazing food every single time!

I visited based on the review here that said the quality and service was exceptional (or something more specific than that).
Camille (?) assisted me, and the service and quality of food met my expectations! Ordered a stuffed crust and PZONE— It was the best PZONE I had ever seen! I’ve since returned and appearance was not as great (you’ll be able to tell by the photos which is from the initial visit vs follow-ups). It’s hit or miss, but they get a 5 for Camille and 4 because later visits the service was sluggish and the product didn’t looked so great (and I tipped for carry out).

Me and my son love Pizza Hut, especially in this location! The workers are always so helpful and patient. The food always comes out fresh and amazing. If you live in surprise I would recommend coming here!

Update – Pizza Hut GM has personally reached out and made an effort to make things right. I appreciate their sincere efforts and amended mynrsting.
Original – I threw the entire order into the garbage without taking a bite. I had a horrible experience with the doordash driver over an error in the address. xxxx0 vs xxxx9 (typo). While waiting for order, my large elderly dog unexpectedly had a massive seizure. While trying to keep him alive until my wife and kids could get home, I tried to respond to doordash as best I could. They finally had someone call, we got it corrected, and I went out to meet the driver when he arrived. Very large muscular guy gets out with a scowl, I calmly said, “sorry about the confusion”. His angley response, “What’s with all the attitude?” As he hands me the order. I calmly responded again, “My dog was having a seizure.” Instead of any change, he stepped forward, and I just turned and began walking back towards the house. He yelled after me, “So is that your excuse for having such an attitude with your text?”
Getting inside the pizza was cold and smashed to one side like it had been carried sideways instead of flat. I became suspicious that he may have tampered with my food so I threw it all away and ate leftovers. I could not find a way to file a complaint with Doordash. But I ordered through the pizza hut app, not even aware Doordash was delivering.
