Horrible lukewarm Pizza that sat in a warmer way too long. Sat in the parking lot after ordering curbside pickup because those super young kids don’t know how to do their job or don’t care. Even called from my car after waiting 10 minutes past the time. I waited another 10 minutes and finally went in and they pulled it out of the warmer and packaged it and gave it to me. That is not curbside service! Where’s pride in your job? These kids were not even busy and they weren’t even making pizza when I stepped inside the store they were just standing around yet the young kid of a manager says to me I’m sorry we were busy. I’ve complained more than once about the store and I keep trying to give it another chance but Pizza Hut you need to come down on this store and either train them or get somebody in there that knows how to run a business. Not that I’m against young kids because I’m sure there are some out there that would do an excellent job but it’s not those that are in there right now!

Poor at best they over promise and undeliver. Why promise in 20 minutes yet take 33 minutes 13 extra minutes is a lifetime when your conveyer oven time is 7 minutes not 33 minutes. So looks like my order was forgotten or staff needs to be restrained on order management. Pizza hut fails here.

Web site showed out of everything. Went to location and was told web site is messed up. Upon ordering I was told they were out of all breadsticks. Ordered a medium pepperoni and mushroom and a medium pepperoni pizza wings and Cinnabon. I got home and the pizzas were missing the pepperoni. People were nice and apologized for being out of bread sticks.

Ordered a large Super Supreme Pizza from the Bell Rd location in Surprise.. I live 16 miles from the location. When I arrived home we noticed it was only a sausage an pepperoni pizza. So 17 bucks for something I didn’t order. Very disappointing. Check your pizza before you leave!

So I just walked in Pizza Hut and sat at the cashier. Everybody ignored me, and I even said something to the delivery girl as she came back in and completely ignored me! Horrible service! I’ll never go back!

I like Pizza Hut, for the price & quality you can’t beat it. When I don’t want to spend $35 or more, this is perfect when I want to satisfy my Pizza Cravings. I also like their wings. Also I like that it’s conveniently in our neighborhood!. I don’t care for a lot of sauce, or sometimes I don’t crave meat, love their veggie pizza, or just plain cheese, My favorite crusts are meat lovers on the thin crust, and when I order half Cheese & half pepperoni for my husband I like the Pan crust
