This was by far was a waste of $7.70, my gas and my time. This pizza hut pizza melt meat lovers was cold, hard over cook and burnt, and salty as heck, the dipping sauce out of fridge was warmer. That pizza melt almost turnt me into a vegetarian it was so gross. I almost felt like it was dug out the trash and served to me. My order said ready in 14mins and I was there in 13mins, it should have said ready 14days ago cuz that’s how it tasted. No one out pizzas the hut cuz other pizza places pizza tastes better than pizza hut in my opinion. If i could give a negative 5 I would have. SMDH

The order arrived cold. I ordered the new melt and by the looks of it, the order sat in some kind of staging area that wasnt keeping it heated. The cheese bread order was burnt. The best part of the experience was the delivery driver.

Linda the manager is incredible. I was in the area and saw Pizza Hut so i stopped by. Linda made sure I was happy and that the food met expectations. Super friendly and just pleasantly wonderful. We ordered two pizzas, one with beef and one with sausage. This is typically what we order. But this time the beef was horrible and we ended up throwing it away. We will not be ordering from Pizza Hut again for a long time, if ever. Costco has much better pizza–and at a much better price. Pizza Hut is more convenient to us, but given the poor quality, we will be looking elsewhere.

Our pizza arrived mildly warm as though it sat some time before delivered & seemed thrown together in a rush. Driver was great though… acknowledged a “do not knock sign” and called on his cell phone. This is excellent service by driver.

Not happy with them tonight. I order often and it took 2 hours to get the pizza. The driver is always nice. Pizza was not really warm and can tell it’s been sitting out for awhile. Haven’t even Hurd from the store!! They don’t care if they mess up !!

The stores took away a majority of the options to customize your pizzas. Did not like the plain boring crust. Super bland and gross. Will not be ordering for some time. Sorely disappointed.
