The pizza was fresh and hot. The brownie was just okay…I should have gotten the cookie instead. The guy at the front knows how to give good customer service. He was very accommodating when the app told me the food was ready and I arrived and it wasn’t made. He made sure it got out quick. Prefer this over other pizza places in the area and they have pretty good deals.

What could have been a frustrating experience actually turned into a great one thanks to the outstanding service here. The Pizza Hut app was down and causing problems for a lot of customers, but an employee (I believe his name was Daniel) handled the situation with professionalism and care.
Not only did he make sure everyone was taken care of, but I also noticed he was training another employee on the importance of checking third-party delivery orders to ensure everything—including drinks—was correct. A DoorDasher almost left without drinks, but Daniel caught it and fixed the issue right away.
He turned what could have been a stressful situation into a smooth and positive experience. I left impressed and thankful for his great attitude and attention to detail. This location is lucky to have him on the team!
