I don’t know what needs to change, but something does. First off, this Detroit Style pizza looks NOTHING like the commercial! Second, it came soooo doughy and under cooked that now I have to put this in the oven to finish it! Sauce is everywhere, slices are cut so uneven! How hard is it to cut a pizza?! I’ve tried to call the store a few times now to complain, get a refund…SOMETHING…ANYTHING, but no one answers the phone and it just hangs up on me. If I wanted to have my kids make my pizza, I could have done that (and we have, and it comes out better!) *2nd pic is to show you how uneven the slices are.

I ordered over $100 for pizza. When I asked for chili pepper packets I was told that Pizza Hut no longer handed these out for free, but I was welcome to buy some from the display they had set up. Forget that. I have other places I can buy pizza from.

it has been over a year since I ordered pizza from Pizza Hut. went to the location @ 895 s. Val vista in Gilbert, az. did an online order for the medium “any” pizza, thin crust, no place to put special instructions, wanted cut in squares. called location to request it, and was told it would get passed onto my order. arrived on time @1830 to pick up, checked it as a quick glance, didn’t see square cuts or any cuts, but left. after getting home, they had started doing regular slices on part of it, then tried to do some squares, had to cut slices @ home. pizza was not cooked, crust was slightly browned or cooked long enough. Didn’t think I needed to ask to have pizza cooked. I had to finish cooking @ home. Will not consider this location in the future

This location makes great pizza. I’ve ordered delivery from them several times over the past year. Their delivery times are also extremely quick. Their crust is crispy, the wings are crunchy and covered evenly in sauce. Everything is really good. Well, almost everything. The reason why I don’t give 5 stars is two-fold. ONE, and MOST IMPORTANTLY, I’ve paid the additional $2 for extra cheese on my pizza 4-5 times, and NEVER do I get an amount of cheese that any rational person would call “extra”. Please see the attached picture for one example, it’s like this every time, me paying the extra fee for extra cheese and being disappointed in clearly not getting the extra cheese I paid for, hoping this time will be different and my hopes getting crushed. Second, of less important, complaint I have is, they just don’t give you enough sauce in those little plastic cups you get with your breadsticks. The cups are always about 30% full, and I completely run out of sauce within 2 breadsticks, leaving me no sauce for the other 3! Pizza Hut, please don’t skimp on your customers, particularly when they pay extra. These are things that have happened many times over the course of a year, so I know it wasn’t a one-off oversight. Still good pizza though! I hope they can fix these two things going forward, I’ll gladly edit my review with the additional star!

I prefer light sauce on my pizza and this is the 2nd time I’ve gotten 0 sauce on my pizza. Offered either a remake (already home) or a credit that can only be used there. Told that it just depends on the cook, but with LIGHT sauce, there should be SOME sauce.
