I ordered on the website and was surprised that it was delivered by DoorDash. Normally not a huge issue, but when my delivery came and my pizza was missing, I couldn’t use DoorDash customer service since I didn’t order with them. As other reviews have stated, the customer service online is terrible. It was a corporate place so they could only have the store contact me during business hours. It has been a few days later, with no contact and no refund for the pizza. Calling the store also gets you nowhere since it rings until it goes to a busy signal. The food I did receive was pretty bad, except the pepsi Zero was cold. The breadsticks (usually why I choose Pizza Hut in the first place) were barely cooked and had almost no seasoning. The brownies stuck to the bottom of the pan so only the top half could be scraped off and eaten with a fork. I usually try to only post positive reviews for places, but if you are thinking about ordering from this store, you should probably reconsider. With how terrible everything was, all I really asked was to be refunded for the food I paid for and didn’t receive. Pizza Hut in general is nowhere near as great as when I was a kid, but this location is exceptionally terrible.

This is a joke, right? I ordered 2 pizzas and a 2 liter. 1 of them only had 3/4 of the crust and they didn’t give my 2 liter. Doordash guy was nice enough didn’t mind going back and then brought the wrong one. Said they said they were out. While they did say upon ordering, my first choice was but not my 2nd. Then since they were closed I was sol with soda I don’t drink and cold pizza which, generally would be fine but not with not having any beer. Called the next day getting told I would have a replacement order. [About a month ago – just before Chrismas] Just tried getting it only, they transfer you to the store but it never gets answered [called multiple times {5 or 6}] and the direct number to the store they gave me was in PA but still went to voicemail… This is Scottsdale, AZ. I get the high majority of jokes but this being one, please fill me in so I can laugh too.

Always late on food either pick up or delivery. I stayed away for about 6 months now but I decided let’s give them a try again have ordered maybe 3 times since then. Everytime its 15 to 25 mins late on making food then if I have it delivered its even longer due to them using doordash as the delivery system now. They add a delivery fee even though they dont deliver. Also the excuse they try to use is the system isn’t accurate so if you order through the app its wrong. I called my order in as well and still late so makes no sense

Ordered on the app for takeout with a great deal ($5 for a medium 1-topping pizza + $1 to make it pan crust) and my pizza was ready within 10 minutes. It was piping hot with the perfect amount of toppings and absolutely delicious. Employees were nice and made sure I was being helped as well! Love this location.

I’m a fan of Pizza Hut and usually get it as a nice treat. I ordered delivery last night (via DoorDash) and while the hand-off was a little messed up, the pizza itself was hot, fresh, and prepared perfectly. I called the store today to comment on my order, and Ashley helped me out. She was very professional, courteous, and made sure everything was taken care of. Because of her great customer service (and the quality of the food), I’ll definitely be coming back here!

Dont bother calling the store to order or check on an order or whatever. It goes to a calling center that orders through an online app for you and if you ask to get forwarded over to the store or press 3 because you “have a concern” about your order, the store just lets it ring and ring and ring until it finally gives you the busy signal and then disconnects. Domino’s did that for a little bit and then they stopped. Gee, i wonder why

So if they messed up your order, guess you got to deal with it. If i had access to a vehicle, i would’ve went and ordered carry out to save the $6 delivery fee, plus tip for the door dash delivery service they use now, and couldve possibly dealt with this issue right there, in person
A super supreme pizza with no olives, add pineapple. Supposed to come with green bell peppers. Do you see any green bell peppers on there? No? Just that itty bitty piece there in the picture? Huh. Welp, guess that was worth almost $30 today

Had a prettiest straightforward experience here. I walked in, order three pies, waited 15 minutes, and they brought them right out. Store wasn’t the cleanest one in the world but it definitely wasn’t dirty.
