Once again, great pizza!
It was fresh made and ready when we arrived for pickup,..
Within the waiting area was clean as usual, as well as the kitchen, (can see it from the counter/front waiting area)!
Thank you to the staff this Sunday evening, 10-20-2024, for the prompt, friendly service and great pizza to end our busy day with!

Delivery was great as usual, and earlier than original estimated delivery time.
We were very happy that DEAN was our deliverer again.
Pizzas were okay this time, definitely not their best. They’re usually pretty consistent.
And the requests of sauce were mixed up with the 3 pizzas.
Will order again.

Placed an online order for pickup. Went there a few minutes after when it was supposed to be ready. The staff person said it will be another 30 minutes. Could be longer. Offered to cancel order if not acceptable. Person was not rude but indifferent. Seemed like they were very busy and helpless. Online ordering system was not in sync with the situation. Canceled order.

Was driving for Uber and had to wait over 30 minutes for my order. The customer was already calling about the other order and I lost money from the night since I had to wait so long. This has got to be the best Pizza Hut on this side of town. The staff are the friendliest and are there to provide your order as quickly as possible. It’s the only Pizza Hut I’ll go to in the Phoenix area!!

Ordered a lg pizza with several toppings. One was Basil Pesto drizzle. It was smothered in basil pesto making the pizza totally green in color, soggy and I had to take it home and try to scrap it off.
