Food was burned. Ordered pizza and wings, both were insanely over cooked. I don’t understand how this even got passed whoever was running the oven and fryers. Decided to call when I discovered the overcooked food and nobody answered until the third call I made. Absolutely ridiculous.

I went to pick up a medium one topping pizza free promotion, for myself.
The staff had been very courteous at this location, a shout out to them dispensing free pizza without judgement.
They can teach the staff at 808 e Broadway rd, who have no respect to paying customers as well.
I did try to get the curbside pickup done, but when I called I was put in hold for sometime and I went inside. I am not complaining just staying how it went, they might be busy.

NEVER ORDER HERE. I ordered 12 pieces traditional wings, and I only got 9.5 pieces because one was extremely tiny. I called them twice and they just directly hung up, so I had to personally go back to ask for a refund. The guy named Isaac said he already refunded but couldn’t give me a refund receipt, he said I would receive an email about my refund which I never received. I paid $22 in total, the paper he gave me(he claimed it was a refund receipt but it actually just a payment receipt, do I look like I am stupid?) only shows $21. He just told me to ask manager tomorrow. I will never order anything from pizza hut ever again.
I edit this review after 2 days, that guy Isaac lied, I didn’t get the refund and that night he took away the chicken wings, this restaurant just get $22 for making nothing

Reese at this location is phenomenal. He’s so pleasant and great at customer service. You can tell he takes pride in his duties and pizza is always fresh when he’s in staff.

This is the best Pizza Hut I’ve ever been to! I had takeout- the quality was phenomenal, the service was fast and friendly, and the store was spotless. It was very apparent that these employees really care about and take pride in their work. The Cinnabon Mini Rolls were a perfect finish. Outstanding!

The workers are always very friendly when I come to pick up my order. They offer napkins, plates, crushed pepper, and Parmesan. But I have to say Pizza Hut is like one of my favorite pizza chains but it doesn’t seem to taste as good as I remember. I was very disappointed when I ordered their wings 6-9-17. They were so dry, hardly any sauce. I will not purchase the wings again maybe the pizza.
