We ordered online to pick up in store. When we got there, there weren’t any employees to be found. After 10 min ish a young man came out of the br. Told him I was there to pu and he told me that I had already picked it up. Nope! The mgr was argumentative, & said that the person came in & described my CUSTOM PIZZA ORDER! Again ..very doubtful. He finally decided he would remake my order & I had to wait. When it was done the other employee, basically threw each pizza in the box. Then he grabbed a cup of sauce to put w/ bread sticks I ordered, dropped it on the dirty floor, picked it up and was about to put it in my box of food . There was even more to it than that..but that’s the highlights of this nightmare. The bad thing is this location is 500 ft from my house and really convenient. Still I doubt I will go back.

I love this place. Tim was an excellent server. Great customer service. Good attitude and ready to work. He came up immediately as we walked in and helped us out. And I really appreciated it enthusiasm and the kindness that he shared with us.

These guys are friendly and in general very nice. I watched one of them run out after a man who had said keep the change but the guy behind the register figured out how to make his meal a little cheaper…he chased the guy down to explain and offer the money back! Thank God the man let him keep it.

This place is horrible ordered a pineapple pizza online. Got there to pick it up the guy says we have been out of pineapple for a week so i just made it cheese. No phone call to inform me they were out. And the pizza was cold but the other pizza was hot. The wings were not covered in sauce and cold. I am done with pizza hut. The manager and that employee should be replaced. They could have at least called me.

3 strikes, you’re out. I’ll never get food from this location again. The Chicken Alfredo pasta, has no Alfredo sauce. Totally dry and where was the chicken?
And the pizza, where was the marinara sauce. Pizza was totally dry. The best part of the meal was the bread sticks. That’s sad.

Despite its sketchy location, I was happy with my orders until I made my last order late Halloween. I ordered the big dinner box, and despite waiting 5-10m for the guys in the back to notice me (I didn’t want to be rude and assumed they were busy), I took my food, excited to eat my pizza, only to find monstrosity of a pizza lol. All the sausage was in the middle, the pizza was literally sticking to the cardboard, and it looked like it may have fallen? Idk, and it definitely didn’t look like it was cooked fully.
Anyway, I was so taken back at first and then called immediately, and I guess I was kinda expecting a half ass sorry, but all I got was “Do you want a refund?” I said yes, and he said okay, give it a few days. It’s been a week, and nothing. But the lovely guy I spoke with today was very helpful and didn’t make me feel like a total asshole for bothering him. If I can, I’ll post the picture lol.

Second time I’ve been here at this Pizza Hut. Chris is new Manager. Really nice guy. Told me about the Big New York pizza. I loved the new pizza and Manager. Only $10 a pizza I’ll be back
