I ordered a pizza online. I paid all the extras. I ordered with extra mushrooms and pan crust. Why pan crust is more money is beyond me. I was surprised at how quickly it came. However the order was not even close. Zero mushrooms, definitely not pan crust, and half the meats I ordered. I paid $40 for this and I got a very basic pizza. I called three times. I was told in all times that they would transfer me and then it rang and rang with no answer. I tried a fourth time and the woman said her manager would credit my account or get back to me. Neither has happened. When you pay for something and don’t receive anything close to what you paid for. This seems like robbery or fraud. So thank you for not even fixing your mistake pizza fraud

“Large” pizza under 12″ was told there was only 1 stuffed crust size. Toppings thrown to one side, and looks to have been dropped. Delivery driver show up looking filthy. Says 2 words and leaves. No receipt. Called the store to fix it (4 times). Manager would not even hear my whole issue before interrupting for excuses. At one point said “I don’t get paid enough for this”. Finally agreed to remake pizza. Replacement was beautifuly made, hot, and over 14″. Which only makes the first more disappointing. Been ordering from here for 8 years with no issues. Haven’t in a while and never will again. Recent reviews seem to indicate this is a normal thing these days.

Food came cold and incorrect. Also came via doordash, not pizza hut. Completely unacceptable. I did not order doordash, I dont want a person unaccountable to pizza hut handling my food. Gave me 4 ranch when supposed to be garlic. Called in and the employee absolutly refused to satisfactorily rectify the situation. Definitely not ordering from pizza hut again.
