Come on man!! I ordered one of the new melts. Pepperoni lovers. I asked to add some veggies. They charged me almost $4 more for the add ons and then didn’t put any pepperoni??? It’s a PEPPERONI lovers goofies. Two stars for not following simple directions and way over charging me for it. BOOOOOO!!!!

The last 3 months, somethings has gone wrong. I pre order and the deliveries run an hour late each time. Why offer pre-ordering if you can not meet the deadline. An hour late is not reasonable. I can understand one time, but for several months this has been a common occurrence.

Stop outsourcing your phone calls to other countries. All I wanted was to order a pizza. I would love to use the app but it never works. So then I have to call. And wait for someone who can’t understand me to take down my information at the speed of paint drying. Then I have to repeat myself 4-5 times while placing my order and then when I’m quoted a price it’s double what was in my cart on the app. So then I have to argue to get the correct price. It’s pizza. Why did you over complicate it so much? Just answer your own phone and maybe fix the app.

Use to be my 1st choice yet sadly never again! 2nd time waiting for my order placed online at 10:52 pm & now 1:22 am as I type. Called after the tracking said out for delivery & no call from a driver, just “out for delivery”, tracked to my address, nothing. After speaking with a very nice, friendly & polite miss, can’t remember her name yet awesome service. Delivery otherwise, still waiting & hungry 🙁

Got tired of Peter Pipers & Little Cesar’s sauce a little too spicy. Went to Pizza Hut on Main & Dobson ordered a supreme. The sauce was perfect a little tangy but not like the others. Pizza Hut will be my favorite again ( unless they change the sauce).

Why was this location closed at 10:30, why did you confirm my order and not do it? And why couldnt anyone call and say they arent gonna complete my order that was confirmed an hour and a half before supposed closing time? Gas aint free. And dominos would never. Thats exactly where I went.
