This is a super Supreme that is supposed to have 5 meats and 4 veggies. I wouldn’t expect to see much of the cheese with that level of toppings. It should be loaded. The lady was really nice and gave me a coupon off one of our pizzas, which I wasn’t expecting, so I gave a $5 tip on a take out and not impressed with the pizza, unfortunately.

I don’t know if Pizza Hut has changed their pizza recipe or if this particular location needs a new pizza oven or what. But this was some of the most bland, dry, low quality pizza I have ever had.

Watched my pickup order get put into the hot box without being told it was ready, didnt assume it was mine so went to Lins to get a drink, came back, lo and behold it was my order and by the time I got home with it, they looked like theyd been sitting. Simple slip up but some team communication wouldve alleviated this
Update: ordered delivery last night and it was incredible. Toppings were fresh and you could smell them the second you opened the box. All items showed up hot, absolutely delicious. Much better this time around

I ordered pizza for the Super Bowl, and it was supposed to be ready before 4:30. By 5:00, we were still stuck in a long line, and some people had been waiting over an hour past their pickup time. I ended up calling the main number to cancel since the line at the counter was too long, and when I checked, they hadn’t even started making my order yet. This location is usually slow but the food is good so it’s worth it. The staff was totally overwhelmed.

Ordered 2 pizzas. One was supposed to be vegetarian (but it sure wasn’t!) my poor mother in law had to pick pepperoni off her pizza because she literally cannot digest meat. Why is it so hard to NOT mix up someone else’s order. Just label them if you have issues. And no, I don’t want credit for a free pizza.

Pizza Hut, like any other chain, is hit and miss. This order happened to be a hit. 2 stuffed crust pizzas baked perfectly. A month prior, we tried their new menu item, The Chicago Tavern Style. It was surprisingly good as well. My only negative is their breadsticks have always been cardboard and this hasn’t changed. This Sunset location has something good going on right now with their pizzas.
