Miss when pizza hut was dine in. We had to drive 2 hours just to get it. Was a good way to spend family time. However we ordered our food and me being distracted didn’t open our boxes and check the pizza. Ordered pan crust meat lovers and it was a this crust. And payed for 4 extra scauses and only received 1 in total for over 130$ worth of pizza. Kinda sucked but it is what it is. Check your order before you leave

I haven’t been to Pizza Hut in a while, but I don’t remember it tasting this bad. The crust of the pizza tasted like it was frozen. I can tell they don’t make the dough fresh anymore/changed the recipe, because the pizza tasted like a frozen one from the grocery store. Not worth $22.00!! If you really like slightly elevated frozen tasting pizza tho this is the place for you

I ordered the pizza online, it was easy and it would be ready in 20 minutes. So I drove over and picked it up. The pizza was good and warm. Service was okay, employees looked tired and we’re not very friendly , I got my pizza and left. BTW I ordered a large supreme pizza deep pan .

I ordered 3 pizzas and one of them was burnt all the way on half the pizza the other half was fine. The cheese pizza was almost burnt also. When I called they said that I should order extra cheese next time and then the pizza will not be burnt. Silly me asked was I supposed to just pay for extra cheese just so they don’t burn my pizza.

Kelly was AMAZING! She walked me through how to redeem the personal pan pizzas and was very patient with me. Both Kelly and the other employee were extremely friendly, upbeat and helpful. Food was so good.

PIZZA HUT! I ordered pizza and wings. With extra ranch. I looked in my wallet. Just to find out, I only had $7. So I went out of my way to make sure the person who delivered my pizza and wings was tip properly. Make long story short, I got hung up on three times!!!! Was referred to the manager, which hung up on me. As well. All I wanted was my ranch with my hot wings!!!! you all SUCK !!!!!!!!!!!! ♂️ ♂️ ♂️ ♂️ ♂️ ♂️ ♂️ ♂️ ♂️ ♂️

Ordered the New Yorker double pepperoni pizza with added jalapenos. Not only was the pizza overcooked, but there was maybe half or less of the pepperoni I’d have expected on the pizza, and there was no jalapeno on it. The delivery driver did not follow my very clear instructions and ended up delivering the food to my upstairs neighbor. I’ll definitely be requesting a full refund tonight.

Seems like they are the slowest pizza joint around this part of town. Usually the order comes missing something then I have to call and complain. They are easy going and friendly. Can’t blame them for poor management they are just doing their jobs. Hahaha

Stick to Dominos. The service here is brutal. Waited over 20 minutes after the app said my pizza was ready. Manager was messing around organizing empty boxes and ignoring the 5 customers in the lobby that hadn’t even been addressed. Also, a tip if you are reading this Pizza Hut….cut the pizza.
