Ordered the New Yorker double pepperoni pizza with added jalapenos. Not only was the pizza overcooked, but there was maybe half or less of the pepperoni I’d have expected on the pizza, and there was no jalapeno on it. The delivery driver did not follow my very clear instructions and ended up delivering the food to my upstairs neighbor. I’ll definitely be requesting a full refund tonight.

Ordered online. Waited forever, called and found out they went to the wrong address. They said they called to try and get the right address, but we had no missed calls. They sent it again. Again we waited forever. Finally called and told them to have a fresh one waiting, we would pick it up. That’s when their delivery guy showed up with a cold pizza. They wouldn’t give us a refund, even though we waited two hours, because the delivery guy (who didn’t get us our pizza) wouldn’t get paid… almost as bad as the Springville Little Caesar’s

Bought pizza for the office and decided to try out Pizza Hut. It’s probably been at least 5, maybe 8 years since I’ve had PH? I can’t remember the last time I had PH so I figured I give it a shot. I’ll unfortunately always remember this time… The variety of pizza was great! I got everyone the kind of pizza they (should’ve) liked. But the quality of the pizza? Seriously lacking. Like seriously, how was it possible for the crust to taste exactly like cardboard? The dough was cardboard, toppings were sparse, the quality of ingredients was pathetic, and I don’t know how to describe the sauce with any other word but “stale”. This location uses Doordash for its delivery service. I chose to pick up my pizza so I wouldn’t pay $20 in convenience fees, taxes, and gratuity. However, it was nice to be notified that my pizza was ready for pick through DD app.

Seems like they are the slowest pizza joint around this part of town. Usually the order comes missing something then I have to call and complain. They are easy going and friendly. Can’t blame them for poor management they are just doing their jobs. Hahaha

We’ve had this location a few times and it’s always been the standard Pizza Hut. Usually love the breadsticks. Tonight we ordered 2 pizzas, wings, a cookie, and breadsticks. Everything tasted stale. Breadsticks and wings were hard. Pizza tasted like it came out of a cardboard box. It was pretty expensive for food we didn’t end up eating. Called and got told there wasn’t a manager to help us. We won’t be back.

Nov/27/22 – I placed a delivery order at 3:32 PM and called the store at 6:12 PM wondering what was taking so long. My calls went directly to voicemail. I drove down to the store so that I can pick-up the pizza I ordered and the store had a sign saying they decided to close early today (4 PM) instead of the usual 7 PM. So not only do they accept my order, they just decided not to make or deliver it. They never called me, which is incredibly inconsiderate. I would at the very least like a refund for what I ordered. Never coming to this location again. First and last time.
