I had ordered a medium meat lovers and it came with mushrooms on it and my grandson is allergic to mushrooms so there’s no way I would’ve added mushrooms to a meat lovers pizza. Been waiting for a refund of $60 since dec. 5th, and now it’s Jan 19th, still nothing. Absolutely HATE this location. Ordered customized pizzas, instead received 2 pizzas that I can guarantee has been sitting out on the counter for over 24hours. Cold, shriveled up, completely wrong pizzas that was so hard, I could hardly rip it with my hands. Never received my two cheese breads nor the 3 cinnabon either. Absolutely a disgusting rip off.

Ordered pizza tonight. Boxes came crushed, part of the cheese ended up on top of the box. Hardly any pepperoni on my pizza. And it looks like they forgot how to cut a pizza. Cheese sticks came missing the marinara and hardly any cheese on top. Disappointed. Probably will never order from this location again. ☹️

Ordered a pizza online then changed my mind and wanted something else. The only way you can cancel an order is by calling the store directly. I called 15 times in a row with no answer. The pizza arrived before I could talk to anyone. Pizza was cold and delivered by Uber. Zero stars if I could.

I ordered 3 pizzas, 1 special, 2 pepperoni, and 1 calzone. The special turned out fine like it usually does. The pepperoni’s were ok, the flavor of the pepperoni seemed different, but that is ok. I ordered 2 to eat them later and I like them later the next week anyway.
The calzone I had never tried from here at Pizza hut before and it was good as well. I will order from here again, when and what is a different story. I like coupons and the online coupons also.

Ordering in advance is best. Though this place seems QUITE overworked and/or short staffed. Waiting for someone to come to the counter is brutal at times and at other times, is strictly a warm body, void of emotion.
