I ordered over the phone and asked for pineapple as im vegetarian. Picked up the pizza, took it home, opened the box to find a pepperoni pizza. Dispatch needs to work on better communication. Not to mention, it was soooo doughy blah…

It’s a neighborhood store, I’m there to get pizza, the extra activity didn’t bother me. I liked the pizza other than chopped up toppings so they’re scattered and the pizza is really greasy. Price was better than most other pizza stores.

I came here at 10:12 PM all the way from California on October 27, 2025 and the cashier was so rude and he did not offer me any ranch. He did not offer me any kind of crushed pepper and I asked for a ranch which I supposed to get with pizza But he said that he’s gonna charge for this just for one wrench and I was like OK whatever and then I asked for a crush paper he said that he’s gonna charge for that as well, which is so stupid and I asked for water. He said that it doesn’t come with water. I was so stupid so whatever I gave this one star I wish I could give zero.

I ordered a regular pan crust pizza- cheese, well done with a 2L of Pepsi. They used buffalo wings sauce instead of pizza sauce and a 2L of diet. I called and they said we can give you store credit, I said I want my pizza and 2L I ordered- they resent the pizza (not well done) and no 2L. Pizza Hut has lost it.

After being warned by a coworker who used to work for Pizza Hut not to do a delivery order. I rolled the dice and they came up snake eyes. The address I put in for delivery was 100% correct. The DD driver stopped blocks short. I made contact with the driver and they were holding my pizza hostage because they said they were at the delivery point and would not drive further. Finally they agreed to come to the correct address. Come to find out the person I was speaking with was not even the driver, because the driver couldn’t speak a word of English!
Of course the pizza was not in a warming bag so with the extra wait time it was not warm!
The pizza itself was fine, what I expect from Pizza Hut. The mozzarella sticks were fine too, but was missing the lining paper inside the cardboard box.
I will NEVER order delivery from Pizza Hut again!
I would order from this location again, but only as a pickup order.

I don’t get why I’m being asked to tip again when I already tipped while placing and paying for my takeout order. Even if I hadn’t tipped, why would the cashier ask me again if I want to tip, especially since I decided not to when ordering online? I really hope these employees are earning more than just tips.

We ordered 2 pizzas for delivery. They got our order wrong. Both were thin crust and both had pepperoni. on them. 1 of them was supposed to be half olives half peppers
hand tossed crust no meat. I called and spoke to Jazmine and she said they’d remake the one they messed up but we have to pick it up. I said thats not fair because we paid for delivery and it was their mistake. She said too bad, call my gm tomorrow if you don’t like it. This is the second time that this location messed up our order. If I have to drive to pick up pizza it won’t be to this place.

I ordered a Hawaiian Pizza and Wings for pickup, and I arrived at the location a couple minutes before the pizza was ready, so I know it should have been fresh. I didn’t look at the pizza until I got home which was a big mistake. I live probably 6 minutes from this location and when I got home and opened the box my pizza looked like it had been made yesterday and warmed up. Seriously looks wilted. I tried a piece anyways hoping it would taste better than it looks, and at first I thought they had forgotten to put any sauce on it, but as I looked close there is some sauce, it’s just so thinly applied I can’t even taste it. Also, I didnt expect anything great from the wings in the first place but they are pretty sub-par even for a pizza place. (very dry) I won’t be returning to this location.

We placed and order and went to pick it up. We did not feel safe getting out of the car. There were lots of illegal activity going on outside. There were 15-20 people congregating in the parking lot. We drove around a few times to assess the situation and it kept getting worse.
