I’ve really never experienced a problem with Pizza Hut without them remedying it right away. I’m happy with their customer service, especially on the website and in calling the Main number of Pizza Hut. I remember good times with the Book Club with my sons. We all loved going to Pizza Hut when they earned their reward.

They need to start with having a manager that’s actually experienced! SMH! Driver went to the wrong door left the pizza. Their neighbor came over. Bring my pizza to me everything cold! I called over to the Pizza Hut on North Temple spoke to the manager manager standoffish obviously she does not have any customer service experience! Driver says she called me multiple times! I explain to the manager I did not receive a call from this driver! Manager continues to state yes she did call you. I stated no she did it but if you’d like me to take my phone to your store right now, I will! Manager put me on hold for a while comes back on the phone and asks what my address was I gave it to her again and it happened to be the person that took my order their fault. I got my credit back. But how sad it is that A manager has no experience in customer service can’t even handle what’s going on in the store & the stores really small store. Been a rose park for over 35 years and they always switch up managers.

Horrible service! I ordered online for delivery, got a text confirming the order was out for delivery and I waited a whole hour! Only to call the store and be told it was for carryout, supposedly because of the system changing it. Ridiculous. Hope they re happy for ruining my sons birthday

I ordered on line and picked it up and then seen that my order was wrong came back with the receipt and told them and handed them the pizza they took it and said if I wanted pepperoni on it and told them yes and she said I’m gonna have to charge you extra for it made it seem like it was gonna be added on but no they charged mean extra 15.00$ for a whole new pizza and was just gonna keep the one they messed up on so basically I paid twice for 2 pizzas like this place is hella overrated and not very professional…at all not only that my pizza was cold ..
