The stupid AI order bot was a waste of my time. It was super slow, and after my order was done it said it would be $36 for 1 large pizza and bead sticks. I told it to cancel, and I hope it did, but who knows. I then called the store and talked to a real person who was great, took my order quickly, and the total was only $21 FOR THE SAME ORDER. I am writing this review only to let pizza hut know the AI crap sucks and needs to go away. Its going to destroy your business. Lucky the real person was great and very helpful. I almost just called papa Murphys down the road instead.

My first time here and sara was the best person I’ve ever freaking meet, she’s so nice and kind and has the best attitude despite the fact that they left her alone on a Saturday night, like that’s just not okay and she’s not being appreciated. Honestly I would leave a 5 star review but she was doing absolutely everything alone and I don’t think she should be alone on a Saturday when it’s usually the most busiest day, she is awesome.

I usually never leave reviews but holy moly was this a weird experience. I called the store to place an order for carryout. I was greeted with AI that then required me to place the order with no other option to connect with a real person. A really annoying computer that can barely understand me and took 20min to finish my order. Then it connected me with an actual team member and I thought they would’ve received the order I just made with the computer AND I HAD TO REDO MY WHOLE ORDER WITH THE DUDE ON THE PHONE. The whole process before was POINTLESS. The guy on the phone was a bit slow too, but it was late so I’m actually more understanding of that.

I only go here bc is so close but never had so many problems with any pizza place. Only go there a few times a year Almost always have some issue with my orders. I could understand a minor issue here and there if I go there every week but a few times a year and still get issues on almost every order? Whether is getting the order wrong, taking forever to cook pizza, pizza is not cooked right, major quality control issues with food with consistency. Pic as an example.
I’ve called and complained a few times and the manager is cooperative but not really nice or doesn’t ever seem sincere with his apologies. I just want my order accurate in an expected amount of time and cooked right. No more no less but they always have issues there. Moises was absolutely amazing! He provided top-notch customer service—friendly, fast, and super attentive. He made sure our order was just right and went above and beyond to make our experience great. You can tell he really cares about the customers. I’ve been to a lot of pizza huts but this is the first time, I felt like they were happy to see me and not just my money. The manager, Moises, was kind and helpful when taking my order and even though it wasn’t a big order, I was left feeling like it was the most important order of the day. I highly recommend visiting this store if you like good food and great service, I guarantee that you’ll be back.
