Visited Vernal from SLC area for one of ours kid’s soccer games.
We don’t have Pizza Hut with dining rooms that I know of so we had to stop in. The employee was very kind and let us know about a lunch special “pick 2,” or something like that. We both ordered a personal pan pizza, I choose the breadsticks with cheese.
We had a great experience, as good as I’ve had at a Pizza Hut. Was happy to see a dining room, in fact I usually stop in when I see a dining room. Might be nostalgia for me, it’s working!

What a wonderful experience! The hostess was so pleasant and kind and the chef/manager included a gluten free pizza made to order with my buffet purchase (even though they didn’t have a pre-existing policy for that)! My kids wanted a cheese pizza and although it wasn’t on the buffet menu he made one for us anyway! They were by far the most accommodating restaurant I’ve been to…really, ever! Well done, you guys! Very impressed with the customer service. Yummy pizzas, too, of course!

Visiting from out of town and all I can say is BRAVO! A dine-in Pizza Hut is a rare thing these days, and we had some serious fun–pass me a slice of Meat Lovers Pizza, please!! The lunch buffet was plentiful and tasty. Pasta – excellent, and the salad was fresh. New management and bakers take pride in their work and the restaurant was clean. Will be returning soon, hungry for more!

Not usually one to complain or leave a bad review. But.. Customer service was very bad! Took forever to order and even get our food. When we did the Wrong pizza was brought out. Pizza crust was raw. Plastic wrapping from sauce packet was cooked and stuck to the bottom of our pizza. After telling them we didn’t want a new pizza and we were leaving. They still tried to make us pay for the order. Awful experience.

Wish I could give this place zero stars. It’s to bad this place can’t get it right. The pizza we had was awful. Undercooked and the pizza sauce tasted off. The salad bar items where in their containers for awhile. Nothing was fresh. The waitress was lazy and to busy talking to the cook. Never came to ask us if we
needed refills. I’m afraid someone might get food poisoning from this place. The interior decor is horrible. Not a very comfortable place to eat. This isn’t a pizza hut I’m use to eating at. Disgusting

We were treated so kindly by the staff! I’m not a huge fan of pizza but this one made my mouth drool! It was cooked to perfection!

Don’t like to complain but the pizza today was the worst I have ever been served. Very few toppings, crust dry, salad bar was crappy. Lettuce old. Place was definitely understaffed, lots of dirty tables and employee on their phone. Will not be back.

While the window sticker said dining room was open, it wasn’t very inviting. The salad bar was closed and looked like it hadn’t been open in years. The bathroom had some leaking water all over the floor and the table was a tad sticky.
On the other hand, the waitress was quite nice. She was attentive and brought refills to our drinks frequently. During checkout, she was very kind, and even shared a joke. all around it wasn’t a bad experience, but still lacking to what I would like to see.

Great hospitality! Eating in was a delight. Carl was the best. He afforded us every respect and kindness one could hope for at a restaurant. He complimented our baby daughter and treated us like family.
He also told us about their salad and pizza buffet. Relaxed and good A/C. Will come again. My only suggestion is they have employees use headphones if they want to listen to their own music instead of having it pour into the dinning room. (Carl was not the music problem…Carl was the best).
Ask for Carl and you can’t go wrong. He is an asset to the business.

A pizza hut you can actually dine in, is pretty cool. But the app said our food would be ready in 15 minutes, so we showed up at the right time, and as the only customers there, we waited 20 minutes longer in the store.
