I came here for carry out on personal pan pizzas. They were awesome and the pizzas were delicious. This is the best pizza place in Tooele. I really love Pizza Hut and I highly suggest that you come here. I like to come and dine in, it’s not crowded and it’s very nice. Try it today.

waited on hold for 4:59 seconds 4 times and they hung up on me that’s 20 minutes spend trying to place an order
• I made a special request for extra Alfredo sauce and was happy to pay any upcharge to receive the driest noodles I’ve ever had
• my cheesy Alfredo is 10$ and some change the tin was less then half full. That is half as much food as advertised for the full price
• before payment I asked twice if they were able to fulfill my special request of Alfredo she said yes and I got home and if was not -when I called to address the issue the lady who answered the phone claimed to be the general manager but laughed at me on the phone was mumbling and snickering to someone beside her and was unwilling to assist me in any way

The worst experience in my life. The pizza delivered was inedible. Cold, soggy & disgusting. Tried calling the store and they keep hanging up. Nobody answers. By pressing 0 I got through to the overflow people who just sent me back to the store, which hangs up. I have done this 4 times. I want a refund. I hope nobody goes to the store ever!!! it was awful experience all the way around. Pathetic.

Besides the pizza not being the heart shape that we ordered the pizza was actually extremely good the breadsticks were very nice without being too crunchy or too fluffy golden brown just right the brownie was perfect perfect balance of chocolate and Browning that satisfied my taste for the evening it seems like the food has definitely gotten better since 20 years ago

Hey cats and kittens, let me tell you about our swell trip to the Tooele Pizza Hut, the only sit-down joint of its kind in Utah! We drove all the way from Orem, and boy, was it worth the trip!
From the moment we walked in, the staff treated us like big wheels. Their customer service was the bee’s knees, making us feel right at home.
We ordered an XL New York-style pizza, and man, it was a real doozy! That pie had plenty of pep and was more than enough to feed the whole family.
If you’re looking for a top-notch pizza experience, this is the place to be. It was a real gas, and we’ll definitely be back!

Ordered three personal pan pizzas and two (a cheese and a pepperoni) came as just a slice off of a bigger pizza. I called the restaurant several times and was told I would be connected to the manager and was disconnected every time. This is unacceptable for a $45 bill… will not be back and will not recommend

You get delivery. They get your order wrong. And when you try to call them to ask them to make it right. They refuse answer their phones. One star for sure! But maybe that’s typical for these lazy unambitious people that work these type of jobs nowadays

Do not go to this pizza hut. The employee blamed me for her mistake. Not having the dough ready to make pizzas. Then blamed me that I ordered too early in the morning. even though they opened at 10am and my order was at 1025. it was supposed to be done by 1055, got there 11am. then got my order wrong so she had to make the right order. but left the correct portion of the pizza out in the open to get cold. so I then I went around the table to put the pizza in the warmer so it wouldn’t get cold. she got mad and said, if you asked me, I would have put it in the warmer. I told her that putting it in the warmer should have been a given. then when she got me the correct order.She still blamed me for ordering two early in the morning. this was when I got really upset and told her you open at 10 you should have your dough ready at 10. I did not get my order until 1145. funny part is the group people I bought the pizza for had two people that had worked for that pizza hut one currently working for them. both told me that she was lying. either she got there late or she failed to prep the dough as soon as she got there. and that they should have gotten it ready at the time of what the website said.

Been sitting here for an hour after ordering. No drinks, no food. Kids starving. Employees busy but nowhere to be found. This is absolutely insane.
Went and asked for our food or a refund and they had just pulled our food out of the oven. 4 pizzas had been merged into 1 large pizza. No plates given. (Asked for them but never came back) We ate off napkins. No salad or breadsticks ever came. (Asked for a refund but it never happened) We are still owed our money back but just left after the worst dinning experience of our lives.
Clearly a management problem. Need more employees badly. Will never return.

Receved my pizza burnt cold and paper thin
I tried calling, emailing, messaging, everything, with no response on what happened. Do not eat here. It’s a waste of money. Anywhere else may be a little more to pay but it would be worth it to not eat here
