Our pan pizza was under cooked! The Tavern pizza was good.. I won’t be getting a pan pizza from here again… Marco’s here on out!! It’s sad!! I used to love Pizza Hut!! Even worked at one while in High School! This Roy location has no drive to deliver quality pizza! Maybe they need new employees or management that care about Quality!!!!!! That’s my 2 cents!!

I called ahead to place an order and it went through the central ordering center and they bitched things up several times, including hanging up on me when I asked for a receipt.
I called the location directly, Luke answered and was so HELPFUL!! He was kind, and quick to correct the terrible job of the call center. 5 STARS to Luke ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️, 1 star to Pizza Hut call center.

The whole parking lot is more damaged than a roads on a war torn country, people could count driving in this parking lot location as going off-roading….or compare it to driving in a 3rd world country.. its not enjoyable being pregnant and picking up my order, franchise owner needs to demand landlord to fix pavement, or if they own location they need to fix their mess..

Just tried the new pizza with the cheese bites. I had heard mixed reviews, but my kids and I really enjoyed it. I also was impressed with how fast my order was ready.

Oh where do I even start, this pizza hut has been the highlight of my day, the light of my dark twisted world. The bacon cheese sticks and the only thing keeping the baby inside me alive. the manager is super kind and remembers everyone’s order. Hes the goat and super tuff

I have to say, I’m a little bummed. We ordered three pizzas on Sunday, and the previous Friday we placed an order for three pizzas and two pastas.
The issue we had was with our order on Sunday. We’ve been hosting parties at our house over the summer and we have quite a few people who really enjoy ham and pineapple on their pizza.
We ordered a large pizza with EXTRA pineapple, EXTRA ham, and black olives. We get the zza delivered and it had what we thought to be less than average amount of ham and pineapple.
Other than charging us EXTRA for extra toppings and NOT getting them, this location is pretty decent.
The pizza has been cooked well, and gets delivered rather quickly.
I will say I’m surprised our last two orders were delivered by Door Dash and not by Pizza Hut drivers.
All in all, they cook the zza well and deliver within the estimated time-frame. Just don’t order extra toppings, because you will be charged for them but won’t receive them.

Just received our order and all the pizza boxes are smashed, none of them had the little white lid supports. One pizza half of it stuck to lid when we opened it. The only reason it’s not a one star is the girl on the phone seemed genuine when she apologized and said they would get a replacement out asap. Another reason for the negative review is that Everytime weve ordered from here (which is not often) it is obvious they hold the driver until they can load them up with as many orders as they can because we live exactly 1.9 miles from their store and the food is like warm when it showed up….

Honestly the pizza was really good so I appreciate that then I got the fries for almost $5 and they literally put barely any in there. Very frustrating for that cost.
