I went to go pick up my Pepperoni New York Style Pizza & unfortunately it was busy for the crew so a lil mistake of just cheese was made. Totally understandable & fine with me I get. The crew member Jovan was great & immediately apologized for the hick up & made me a fresh new pizza. I really appreciated the effort & going the extra mile to make things right. Even threw in some delicious cheese bread for waiting. Shout out to the location for standing on business & doing right by its valued customers. Thank you very much night crew staff. I will definitely be returning for future delicious pizza.

UMM… Really disappointed with the breadsticks I received. I’ve ordered them before and they normally look nothing like this. These were dark, flat, and not appetizing at all. This NO seasoning too. Definitely not the quality I expected and honestly felt like a waste of money. Sharing a photo so you can see what they looked like.

We ordered one pizza and it said 20 minutes estimate. We waited until 40 minutes after the delivery window and it still hadn’t moved from “in the oven”. We called and no one answers. Either staff appropriately for Friday nights or go back to business school.

Submitted an order online for a couple of pizzas. We have not been impressed with the quality of people delivering for uber. They usually just leave the pizza on the porch without ringing the bell. By the time we get notice that the pizza has been delivered, if we get one at all, the pizza has been sitting outside getting cold. This night was no different. The difference is we gave the establishment clear instructions to ring the doorbell. Did the uber delivery guy do that? Nope. Jesus, the Uber delivery driver didn’t even walk up the steps. At least the other drivers place it at the door, but Jesus placed the pizzas right on the snow at the edge of our porch! And of course, it was rain/snow mix coming down out there. Pizzas were getting cold.
My wife called to see if we can get our money back, as this is probably the sixth time in as many months as this has happened. My wife has been all around the phone trees, hung up on by the store, getting the run-around with the corporate people, whom all claim they have no supervisors. Amazing that this company can run without supervision at all. Maybe that’s the problem. Either way, regardless of whether I get my money back or not, I won’t be doing business the Saratoga Springs Pizza Hut anymore. Everything about this experience has been nothing but a hassle we didn’t need on a Tuesday night.

We normally like Pizza Hut but this is the worst location. Don’t come here. We have given this location multiple chances and never again. In my most recent experience I placed an online order went to pick it up even a bit after it said it would be ready only to be told it wasn’t ready and they were working on it. 15 minutes go by and still not ready. Other people are coming in presumably on time-(because who shows up to pick up their pizza 30-45 minutes after it’s ready) to pick up their orders and they’re getting them all while they keep telling me mine is still “being worked on”. My order wasn’t complicate. It was one large pizza, wings and breadsticks. My online tracker and the TV tracker say it’s ready so I ask about it and they tell me that both trackers are broken.
45 minutes go by AFTER it was supposed to be ready and they’re still telling me it’s being worked on
I finally ask for a refund, and the guy pushes the card reader slightly towards me and walks away. Doesn’t tell me if I need to put in my card (some places you don’t need your card to get a refund). I have to flag him down AGAIN to ask what I need to do to get the refund. This is the last time I will go to this location and I suggest you do yourself a favor and don’t go at all. The pizza when we have gotten our orders on other occasions was barely edible. This was us giving them a last chance and believe me it will be the last.

I ordered 2 medium pizzas and they literally put just tomatoes on top of flatbread for their pesto margarita special. Called to make it right and see if they could remake, dude that answered the phone said the manager on duty “left to go home for a bit” and he couldn’t do anything for me.

This is our favorite pizza. Our personal pan pizzas were fresh, cheesy and crispy- perfect. Juan Ramirez helped us with our order and really took care of us. We love it.

My family usually loves Pizza Hut. In the past we’ve used this location quite a bit. We usually use the app to order online and then have it delivered. But the last three times they have royally messed up the order. The last two times we called and had it fixed and they were pretty good about it. But this last time when we called the manager and told him about the issue he just said sorry about that and hung up. We ordered the boneless wings with honey barbecue sauce. When I opened up the order there were boneless wings in there that were dry and maybe only a fourth of a teaspoon of sauce on the bottom. Not even enough sauce to cover one wing. The management has clearly changed over the last little while and this is enough to make it so that we don’t want to go back especially to this location. Save your money and time. Clearly the management doesn’t care enough to try and make things right. Really disappointed since I’ve been a loyal customer for a long time and this is by far my favorite pizza.

The young lady who took my order and served me today at about 10pm (11/6/2021) made my pizza perfect!!!! Her customer service attitude was great!!! I’ll definitely be ordering more from this location in the future.
