Would love to order, but their app doesn’t work (can’t login to your account or login as a guest, so you can’t order at all). Their website doesn’t work (literally doesn’t pull up). So unless I want to call them, like a pilgrim, there’s no way to order. Just shut down already.

UPDATE: I spoke to the manager and she was SO helpful! She explained that new management had just started and that things are in the process of getting better. She remade my order and it wasn’t burnt. Great customer service!
I decided to order my kids pizza because I wasn’t feeling well…. I spent a little over 50 bucks on 2 pizzas and an order of breadsticks. Everything was so overcooked that my kids couldn’t even bite into them. Both pizzas and an order of breadsticks went straight into the trash! Pizza isn’t cheap and this was ridiculous!!!! Do better, Pizza Hut! Fifty dollars should buy my kids a dinner they can eat!

My daughter had a Pizza Hut BOOK IT reward, so we placed an online order for a personal pan pizza. It said it would be ready in about 10 minutes, so we planned accordingly.
When we got there, we went up to the first window. It doesn’t look like it’s in use, but they do actually use it. Within a minute there was as employee there asking how they could help us. We told her we had an online order for Jessica, she handed us our pizza, and we went in our merry way. It was quick and we didn’t have any issues.
My daughter was super excited to get her pizza 🙂

I’m not sure why, but out of all the pizza huts we’ve been to, this one is by far the most bland. The sauce is like a flavorless ketschup, the cheese is bland, the sausage, all of it. I suspected maybe i had a cold at the time i ate this, or something that was effecting my taste buds so drastically. So we gave it another shot about 9 months later. Nope, still ultra bland, and as far as i could tell, was healthy, no reason to lose sense of taste. The burgers we had the next day we sure could taste.
I think corporate needs to look into this. Maybe they are using ingredients just over the expiration date? I don’t know.

I recently ordered a pizza from Pizza Hut, and once again, I was extremely disappointed. The pizza arrived with almost no cheese, making it taste more like breadsticks with sauce rather than an actual pizza. The pan crust was the only saving grace—it was delicious and perfectly cooked, but without the cheese, it just wasn’t the experience I was expecting.
This isn’t the first time I’ve encountered this issue with Pizza Hut. It’s the reason I avoid their rectangle pizzas, which have had the same problem in the past. It’s frustrating that such a basic component of a pizza is consistently missing.
To make matters worse, I tried reaching out to the store to address the issue. First, I attempted to contact their quality service line, which was disconnected. Then, I tried calling the store directly, but no one answered. The lack of customer service really added to my frustration.
I’ve enjoyed Pizza Hut in the past, but this experience was definitely a letdown. I hope they improve their service and quality control because this isn’t what I expect when ordering from them.

Ordered a double order of cheese bread. Used to be two boxes with 10 total cheese sticks. Now it’s one box with 5 cheese sticks cut in half to make 10. And of course the price is still overpriced.

This location right outside Hill had a drive-through but you couldn’t actually make an order just pick up which was kind of strange. So I had to go into the store, make my order then wait outside for a while and go through the drive through again to pick it up. Good thing it was just to order a small pizza for my daughter as we usually don’t get our pizzas here.

I got a personal Pizza, honestly was really good. I can’t complain but I also got some of their breadsticks. For breadsticks and a personal pizza it came out to $17!! Who do they think they are lol. This is $10 at most. The service was slow as all hell and took up 20 minutes of my lunch just to get my order. I won’t be back.
