I placed an order. Almost 2 hours later it gets to my house. Not only that we tried to call to see where it was at and nobody answered. It finally got here, it was cold, my husband’s pizza had barely any meat on it and I got a meat lovers pizza. They didn’t even bring my ranch I bought. The delivery driver even said they ran my bread sticks out to her as she was driving away to come to my house. The delivery driver was good but the rest was not. Very unsatisfied.

Nobody wants to wait over an hour and a half to get cold pizza and none of the sauce they make you pay for, just to not be able to get ahold of anyone at the store. The one time someone answered, the call quality was so poor, I could barely make out every other word. TL;DR Terrible service, cold pizza, horrendous wait time.

I ordered one large supreme stuffed-crust pizza and it was almost $30. Pricey, but I guess that’s just the going rate these days. An 8-piece buffalo wing order was $9. I ordered two blue cheese sauces, two garlic sauces, and a parmesan. I was charged about $6 for this and ended up getting two ranch dressings, two garlic sauces, and no parmesan at all. I even added a delivery note of “please don’t forget the sauce”. I got charged a “delivery charge” of $4.29 and ended up throwing in an extra $10 tip. I live on the third floor of an apartment building. I did not ask for any type of “contactless delivery”. The delivery lady rang my doorbell and placed my food on the nasty breezeway ground outside my apartment. She then just walked away and when my wife opened the door, the delivery lady complained about having to climb the stairs. All in all it cost me $60. The only reason I am giving this rating one star instead of zero is because the food was actually quite good. Nevertheless, I’m done with Pizza Hut.

I arrived there at 11:00 to place an order for delivery. They were supposed to be open but the door was locked. I waited in my car for 15 minutes and the door was still locked. I finally called and the person that answered said they weren’t open “because their ovens weren’t heated up yet.” They finally let me in to place my order about 11:20. After that, things were fine. The people were fairly nice and efficient. When we received the order a few days later, it was correct and the food was good. It was a shame that the people that were supposed to have their store open and ready for business at 11:00 couldn’t make that happen.

Wings were good, although sauce was all at the bottom of the bowl/package, not distributed on the wings. Pizza, not so good. Ordered a Meat Lovers, got a pizza with almost no meat at all on it. First time purchasing at this location. Not likely to go back to it again.

Placed an order an hour and a half ago and no one would answer the phone so I came to the store and the doors are locked and no one is inside. But it let me place an order. What a joke will never return. If I don’t get a refund I’ll be in contact.

We ordered the pizza an hour early for a 7pm pickup. I arrived at 6:55 pm and was made to wait for 10 minutes while the person at the counter messed around with empty pizza boxes. When she finally got around to helping me, I received a pizza that had been sitting in a case for who knows how long. It was cold and the crust was dried out. I will never order a pizza from them again.

The service couldn’t be worse. I’ve been in there one 3 occasions all went about the same. No one upfront and no bell or anything to alert anyone. Standing there for a good 5-6 minutes waiting for someone to appear, when they do they have a short attitude or they just look at you from the back and ignore you for a few more minutes. There were no orders on screen it was just me and the service was this bad. Curbside also doesn’t work since no one will run it out to you in under 10 minutes. Embarrassingly bad service.

I’ve had so many bad experiences with this store that I am disappointed in myself for allowing it to keep happening. For reference, my last order took 3 hours to get to my home. I tried calling the store multiple times to see if I could just come pick it up, but I was pushed off to an automated system and couldn’t reach the store. I was notified within 30 minutes of my order that it was out for delivery and true to their word it took 3 hours to get there. The delivery driver shrugged when I asked why it took so long and offered a 20$ credit, which was never added to my account. This place is consistently bad and I’m done spending money there.
