We ordered 2 pizzas (Thin crust chicken w olives, pepperoni and bacon) Spicy garlic wings and cheesy bread.
They forgot our bread, and when we got home. My chicken pizza was hard and had NO SAUCE! My son pizza only had bacon no pepperoni! The only thing that was good was the wings. This was a total waste.

First time trying pizza from this location and it was a big disappointment. First lets start with “The Edge pizza” I wanted to give it a try since it looked good in pictures, plus I loved the fact that was supposed to be cut in 16 pieces, like little squares, perfect for the kiddos, but it was NOT! It was just cut like a regular pizza, total disappointment. Then the pizza was super cold, and it’s June and we live 5 mins away from pizza hut, so not really a reason why it should be cold. We also got the 3 ingredient stuffed crust, that one tastes ok but like the other, it was cold and the stuff part didn’t really taste good. We also got wings and they were okay. I was a fan of pizza hut but it’s probably this location that doesn’t do things right, next time I’ll drive a little more to get more flavor. 3 stars because the service was good and fast, but definitely lacking quality.

Ordered one pizza from here for delivery. It took over an hour to get it on a normal Wednesday evening. When it was delivered, it was placed on an angle on my doorstep and the entire pizza slide into a pile (see photo). The pizza was also cold like it had been sitting around for a while. The slices were all different sizes and there was very little to no sauce on the pizza. Probably the worst experience I have ever had from a Pizza Hut.

I asked for a hand tossed pepperoni pizza, the pizza is thin and crispy and wasn’t even sliced properly. I will be stopping by tomorrow to request that the pizza is remade or a credit is issued. Absolutely unacceptable!

Pizza Hut answer your phone, and take the orders that pay your paycheck. When an order comes in, Fill the order. $4 for 27 small French fry pieces (more like 27 pieces of broken fries). Looks like you scraped the bottom of the pan and put it in the box. Ridiculous, no wonder why you’ve struggled for the last 18 years in this neighborhood.

My food took over the hour that they said it would. When I opened my order, my pasta was burnt, not cooked, my chicken was dry, and the whole thing was cold. I tried to call, but they were closed. Absolutely ruined my dinner!!!!! It is disgusting and I will never order from another Pizza Hut again!!!!

Got a big box dinner 6:30 pm at the Clearfield, Utah location walked in as it was being made.. no employee out of the 5 that were there making food had no gloves on making food!!! One specifically guy dark hair about to the shoulders Mexican glasses kept touching his face and going back to getting the pizza and pasta to come out of the oven then grabs and puts the white plastic thing on my pizza then unlocks and starts playing on his phone for a second and pulls the pasta out and got my pizza box a few seconds later…. I was so grossed out and I was a Sous Chief for 4 years and still have a food handlers but that was so insanely gross and disgusting to see that first hand. I barley ate any of it

It took over 40 min from the time it left the store to the time it got here. It’s all dried out, with no sauce. Also, the forgot the sodas.

Pizza took well over an hour to be delivered. Using the tracking, it stated my pizza would be delivered at a certain time. It later updated to a later time and still ended up being 30 min later. When I got my pizza it was cold. I called the 6 times to speak with someone and was hung up on all 6 times. Never got to speak with anyone at the store. Just the answering service. Find another place for pizza.
